Would of been nice but I’m going to stop trying to make this work, it’s too much effort. ### 1/5 — Sooooo Sloooooow *2023-06-29* The older version was so much better. Way, way, way too slow loading and all trips show all the time. Bummer if an app. ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2022-05-18* We switched to this company from Concur; OMG this application is completely useless. During launch or a refresh of the screen it has a spinning wheel that staus there for half a minute. It doesn't allow any modifications of your travel; it has a useless weather tab (what were they thinking when they added that?) And then a tab to book travel which is very minimalistic. If I want to spend ten times the amount of time using an app like this instead of using a web browser I should get therapy. ### 1/5 — CTM *2020-08-05* This app (when it opens) is just ok. I have had to reinstall 3 times to get it to work. It works for 12 to 18 hours and I have to reinstall to open it. If my company was not forcing me to use it I would not even bother to install it. Can’t understand why except that it must be must cheaper. The whole reason I put this app on my phone is so I could easily book hotels and travel plans from my phone instead of having to log on through a VPN for my business laptop. It NEVER works. Every time I log onto this app, the only thing it will let me do is create an event for a time and location. No hotel bookings, no flights, nothing. What good is an app that lets me do something that I can already do so many other ways! Easy to use interface and very responsive! ### 3/5 — Questionable *2020-05-27* I can’t even log in to the app. It is saying either my username or password is incorrect, but I know they are not since I was just able to log in to the desktop version before I decided to try the app. Also, I see that there are five reviews submitted and yet when I click “view all,” only one review shows up. I would like to read what other users are saying, especially since all the reviews are either five stars or one star. Why so polarized? I want to know! ### 2/5 — Too many bugs *2025-07-05* The app shuts down in the middle of booking several times. Super frustrating because I have to start all over- adding in the dates again and many times it will do this after I already spent time choosing flights etc. Additionally, the photos to view for the hotel stays are distorted and you can’t actually see the space. It will also randomly shut down when trying to view photos of the hotels.
