Keep on bugging me for security answer when I'm setting my first time password. No such field and I am unable to proceed!!

The app constantly crashes when I select ‘View Your CTOS Report Summary’. 

We’re constantly reminded to download and use the app on the CTOS website with pop-ups, but then this happens?!

Please fix this ASAP thank you
