"New features have been added in the latest version:

Request, Complaint, and Suggestion Pages: Users can now easily submit their requests, complaints, and suggestions through the "Create Record" tab within the application. This allows users to quickly report any issues or provide feedback regarding the application, and they can also keep track of these feedback submissions. Additionally, users can view their past records and responses received under the "Records" tab. This feature enables users to systematically monitor their feedback, thereby facilitating continuous improvement of the application and enhancing user experience.

User-Friendly Interface: In the new version, some improvements have been made to the interface to further enhance user experience. Users will encounter a more intuitive interface when submitting requests, complaints, and suggestions. Furthermore, they can easily filter and search for past records under the "Records" tab.

By introducing these updates, we aim to provide users with a more effective feedback mechanism, ultimately increasing user satisfaction and responsiveness to their needs. We value our users' opinions and suggestions, and we are constantly working to improve our application based on their feedback."
