## What is CtrlMovie?

The CtrlMovie app allows you to make decisions for the protagonist at screenings of CtrlMovie interactive feature films. Be it at your local movie theatre or at home on your favourite gaming platform, you and your friends collectively control the movie's story.

You can also link the app to any CtrlMovie game, allowing you to save hard earned achievements and progress to your CtrlMovie account.

Please note: This is a companion app to your CtrlMovie account. In order to use the app you will need to use it whilst watching a CtrlMovie in a movie theatre, or a CtrlMovie game at home such as ‘Late Shift – Your Decisions Are You’.

去年の2月にヒプノシスマイクの映画の投票のためにインストールしてから、たびたびアップデートされて、映画を見た曜日や優勝回数でのコレクタブルが追加されたり、ランキングがついたり、またヘルプも少しずつ追加されたりと使いやすくなっています。
ドイツの会社のようですが、日本語対応も頑張っていただいているようで、時々は愛嬌のある言い回しになっている部分もありますが分かりやすいです。
インタラクティブ映画という素敵な体験を提供してくださってありがとうございます。

ヒプムビのためにインストールし、アップデート前までは問題無く使えていました。
アップデート以降、ネットワーク環境に問題が無く、ログインして投票できているのにも関わらず視聴・投票回数および視聴時間が反映しないエラーが頻発しております。
何度もアプリ内問い合わせ・公式サイト・メール等から問い合わせをしておりますが、10日以上経っても1件も返信がありません。あまりにも不誠実ではないでしょうか。
金銭が発生しているため、迅速な対応を望みます。

9/2に映画を見ましたが、アプリの起動が安定せず、周囲の方も含め困っていました。劇場の方も起動し直しなどを勧めてくださいましたが変わらず。その後QRコードは読み込めるようになり、投票も確かにしました。しかし、映画を見たことにもなりません。リバイバルだから反映しない、などなら最初から伝えてください。現状どうなのでしょうか。追って反映されるのでしょうか。改修、ご対応いただきたく。お願いいたします。

9月2日のリバイバル上映から結果が反映されない事が多い。
今日の上映なんて映画の視聴回数が増えて無かった。
こっちはお金払って観てるのに結果が記録されないんじゃ意味が無い。
早急に不具合対応してください。
アップデートするまでこんな事なかったです。
コードをちゃんと読み取ったのに記録されなかった投票数と優勝結果をアカウントに反映させて下さい。

9/3ヒプムビの18時台の上映にてまずQRを読み込むor IDを入力する画面がずっと開けず読み込んだまま上映が始まりました。（何度もタスキルしましたが直らず……）上映開始後にやっと進めたのですが、遅刻した訳でもないのに映画に集中できない時間が生じて悔しいです。
　また、投票には間に合ったのですが、その後の優勝結果等のカウントが反映されておらずそのまま数時間が経過しています。同行していた友人も同様の事が起きていますしX（旧Twitter）でも沢山同じ事象の発生している方を見かけます。

　2500円という通常よりも高い映画料金を支払い（その金額を出す価値のある素晴らしい映画ではありますが）、人によっては回数のカウントによって得られるアチーブメントを収集している人も沢山いるかと思います。

　お問い合わせフォームがアプリ内になかった為こちらに書かせて頂きます。早めに調査＆可能であれば該当上映回参加者のデータ反映を希望いたします。よろしくお願いいたします。（それ以外は特に不満無く使わせていただいております。）

アプリを開いたところ、すでにアカウントを登録したのに新しく登録するよう強制され、登録したら今までの記録やコレクタブルが全て消えた。20回以上見てアチーブメントを集めたのにどうすればいいのでしょうか。復旧はできるのでしょうか
