Seul problème gênant le déclenchement des alarmes l’après midi juste parce qu’il y a trop de lumière et ça fait une surexposition mais juste technique rien à signaler. I have 13 of these cameras and they are setup exactly how the manufacturer suggests. Half the cameras are unavailable randomly and some of them only come online for about an hour after a reboot. Any time I would have wished to catch something on my camera, it was either offline or unusable because the camera rebooted and moved to a random position even though I have preset positions set. I saw promising things when I started building this system and assumed the company would fix these easily fixable issues eventually, but it’s been years and the cameras are junk, app is still garbage and is missing the most important feature you need in a camera. CTRONICS should either give up or do better. I’m surprised they are still in business honestly. ### 1/5 — Peu fiable *2025-08-18* Aucune IA détectant les humains. La moindre branche qui bouge dans le jardin déclenche un événement d’alarme… j’en ai acheté 5 !!. Je lis maintenant les caméras via un vrai système IA NVR qui lui détecte les humains et n’envoi que des alertes en cas de vraie intrusion humaine et non pas quand une branche ou feuille d’un arbre bouge. Je déconseille fortement car la pub sur la reconnaissance humaine via IA est mensongère. Les images enregistrées sur la carte SD sont souvent saccadées. J’enregistre maintenant via mon NVR. ### 2/5 — Noch immer Probleme *2025-06-12* Leider einige Fehler bei der Nutzung mit einer Kamerasteuerung. Funktionen können teils nicht genutzt werder oder auch der Zoom am Bildschirm geht nicht usw. Petit bémol concernant l’appli. Celle-ci permet de grouper le streaming vidéo mais il n’existe aucune commande pour le groupe, par exemple : - appeler une des positions préenregistrées ( 1, 2, 3 …) des caméras groupées - couper l’émission d’alarme pour tout le groupe etc… Chaque action doit être faite caméra par caméra. Offrez nous simplement la possibilité de créer des actions personnalisées via « Raccourcis » je suis sûr que vous gagneriez plus d’avis positifs et d’étoiles. ### 1/5 — Notifications ko *2025-04-23* Bonjour, depuis le passage à l’iOS 18.4, les alertes ne fonctionnent plus. ### 1/5 — Nicht empfehlenswert *2025-04-19* Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die App wie auch über die Kamera. Ständig bricht die Verbindung ab (Internet ist ständig da) und man kann kein restart oder ähnliches machen. Mal funktioniert es 2 Wochen dann geht wieder nichts und irgendwann funktioniert es wieder. Sehr unzuverlässig. Es wäre ratsam, wenn man auf die Kamera auch wenn sie offline ist zugreifen könnte und ggf. einen restart zu machen. Dies geht aber nicht. ### 1/5 — 酷いアプリ *2025-04-13* 録画したものをまともにダウンロードできたことぎない。 すぐに接続異常でオフラインになる。 onvifも安定しない ### 3/5 — trouble playing old recordings, sound lags!! *2025-03-27, version 0.1.4* A lot of standard surveillance features have been implemented in this security app and most of it is functional, but several features need tweaking and other features are missing. During 'Live view mode' the AUDIO does not keep up to the video! eventually getting so far behind to make it very awkward to understand whats going on (you see a crash and the audio is silent for a minute, then you hear the crash!) The picture is sharp and clear, day or night but the zoom is too slow (pinch-zoom is much faster). This app is very awkward for playback too, you must read the event list in portrait mode, then when you tap on an event to play it, you must quickly turn the screen to landscape to watch the upright clip!... then switch back to portrait mode to read the event list again! (the app should function in LANDSCAPE mode only like a monitor) The app has several detection and playback fails; one problem is when nothing appears on the 'event clip', another problem is sometimes the app quits recording in the middle of a screenful of action! when it should keep recording! (often missing the actual event or crash-this is not good!) Another problem is this app does not have any PRE-RECORD, so you have NO IDEA how the crash, break, attack unfolded!! (unless you exit & playback the previous unflagged video) there should never be any missed events or action!! The resolution (and bandwidth) is adjustable to a few levels to match your network needs. The camera housing is rather thin plastic, unlikely to survive a long time under UV sunshine so you might want to shield it from the sun. the Pan & Tilt functions are smooth and responsive and has tap-drag fine-tuning! very helpful for fine-tuning the view. Future updates must address REALTIME AUDIO to remove the increasing delay, and quicker detection WITH 5 to 10 to 15 second PRE-RECORD so we can see whats going on just before the event!! Plus if there is motion - it must keep recording that motion until 30 seconds after the last motion detect (or the time limit reached, then start new recording if there is still motion). I recognize a lot of hard work went into this app, i hope they fix the lagging audio, ADD AUDIO-DETECTION & RECORDING, and 5 to 15 SECOND PRE-RECORD so we can see what happened just before the motion-triggered event! The biggest issue is the motion detection delay. When a person or object enters the camera's view, the notification and recording do not start immediately. Instead, there is often a delay of several seconds before recording begins. By the time the camera starts recording, the person has already passed through the frame, meaning the footage often misses the most important part of the event. I also receive motion notifications, but when I open them, the recording frequently shows little or nothing useful because the event has already happened before recording started. A security camera should capture motion as it happens, not several seconds later. This delay seriously reduces the effectiveness of the system and makes it difficult to rely on for security purposes. I hope the developers address this issue through a firmware or app update, as it is extremely frustrating for customers who have invested significant money in this product. ### 1/5 — Can’t get these cameras to recognize my WiFi *2026-06-01* Moved to a new location same internet provider . This App. give the possibility to share the camera to friend or family so they can help your personal security in giving them limited or full acces. You just need to tell them to download the App.on their phone and they create their own password with their own email.Then you need to go the your App. on your phone and Share in the config section using their Email and password. So now if you want a friend to check your property/camera you ask him/her to download the CTRONICS Pro App. and create a credentials ( username/email and their own password ) than Share a camera in your original App. CTRONICS Pro with the control you want to give them ex: watch the camera as guest so they can watch/check your property but without the right to delete or change the configuration.They will have access until you delete the sharing (email )you did add in the original CTRONICS Pro App.on your Smartphone as owner. Die App ist etwas holprig, was die Übersetzungen der Texte angeht. Aber von der Bedienung & nicht zuletzt der Einrichtung hat mich diese Kamera sehr überzeugt! Sie macht genau, wozu ich sie gekauft habe. Das Sichtfeld lässt sich auch in der Software noch bearbeiten. So habe ich nicht das Problem, dass Personen, die an der angrenzende Straße entlang gehen, erkannt werden.
