In IOS 26, video seems to be inverted in the cetronics app, and turning the iPad does the opposite in landscape shows app in portrait but wrong way round and in portrait  the video is landscape but upside down there is no update available on the App Store, I have rest the camera. I even tried flip and mirror doesn’t help.
Upto this I would have given 5 stars, I have used this app with my Cetronics PTZ camera for about 4 years

Unless I’m actively watching my cameras at the time,  none of the 8 CTRONICS cameras I have will show the video in playback.  I have restarted the cameras and get maybe one out of the 5 or 6 it has recorded that day to actually play.  Even when I download the videos they still don’t play.  Surely all six cameras are not having the same problem at the same time unless it’s a software issue.  I have iPhones and this problem began around IOS 17, so I believe an update is in order to make my video captures play consistently again.

Habe mir die APP auf meinen Mac heruntergeladen und eingerichtet. Alles easy , aber wenn ich mir das Bild der Kamera ansehen möchte wird mir diese auf dem MAC quer dagestellt, heißt ich muss immer den Kopf drehen um das richtige Bild zu sehen und um mit den Steuerungstasten in die richtige richtung zu drehen. Da ist wohl noch ein Bug drin . Zumindest in der APP für das Iphone wird es richtig dargestellt!.
Wenn das geändert ist gibt es einen Stern mehr!!!

Depuis quelques semaines, je ne reçois plus de notifications sur mon iPhone, par contre je les reçois sur mon IPad ! Tout est pourtant bien réglé sur mon téléphone. Je vous remercie de bien vouloir faire une mise à jour afin de régler ce problème.

Neuerdings wurden Videos nur kurzweilig gespeichert bis gar nicht. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit CTRONICS wurde das Problem schnell behoben und es lag an der SD Karte. Ich hatte 32GB drin, empfohlen wurde eine 64GB, danach lief es wieder.

This app is great and works well with their cameras. It can be a little difficult to understand what to do sometimes and some words are translated to English wrong but common sense will tell you what it means. The only problems I have are if you change your wifi (or in my case I upgraded my wifi and they gave me a new router and modem) the camera can’t change the wifi it was in unless you take the camera down and reset it. My other problem is that when I mirror my iPhone to my tv through airplay the video stays vertical and doesn’t change to horizontal. It’s my only app that does it and I can kind of tell why. The app doesn’t actually turn horizontal when you look at the camera it only looks like it and you can tell if you have a newer iPhone with no button, there’s a line at the bottom of your screen so you can return to the home page when you swipe up and normally if you turn your phone horizontally the line will turn with your phone but not with this app. I think it could be an easy fix but I’ve never made an app before just making a suggestion for a fix. But again this app works great with the cameras and I’ll probably be buying more!

Yes. They have eliminated many off my reviews so this is another. Don’t believe anything. Device have many faults and have not received customer or technician support. You make that decision. My is not worthy anymore. Proof on my side after nine months and eight cameras. Is a waste of my money and time. Zero on my review.

This app does not deserve bad rap. Yes there is a learning curve using and mixing the different segments but once learned they work great together. Also the support group will tweak the app if needed by giving them the uid and setting password to the default of admin while they work. I have 6 of Ctronics cameras (different versions) which I use to watch my house and also for watching and record clips of wild animals at night. I get great recordings and photos. Love the app and love the cameras.

iPhone14Proでマイクが使えないバグが発生していたが､カスタマーセンターに改善要望を出し1ヶ月ほどでアップデートしてもらいました。
センターの対応も素晴らしく納得の商品と対応です。
今後にも期待します。
現在､4台稼働させてますが､不具合等なく順調に稼働中です。
今後も増やす予定(ドーム型を)

Prior to this updated version being released using iOS15, I kept receiving network anomalies after connecting to live camera and I thought it was my router and even after rebooting router and still receiving same anomalies, I was about to buy network cables.

Since this recent update, no network anomalies anymore whether I’m using my iPhone 11 or iPad 7th Gen.

Thank you for this update.

I have been using this app and the associated cams for about 9 months! This after trying too many big name brands that give nothing but false positives! Once you get used to the set up, they have never given a false positive which is piece of mind! If it pings, you know there is video to watch, especially with deliveries! I have two cams, front and back, any charging is easy using a standard phone cable and with general use, only need to charge every 3-4 months!
