The delivery man rings just once on a NO CALLER ID and gives no time to even pick up the call let alone answer it. Equipa CTT ### 1/5 — Não me permite iniciar sessão *2025-08-08, version 1.51.2* Este aplicativo é péssimo. Não me permite fazer login usando as credenciais que uso no site com sucesso. Qual é o sentido disso? Recebi um e-mail dizendo para baixá-lo, mas ele não funciona corretamente. ### 1/5 — Crashes on startup *2025-08-06* Literally does not work. Red screen loads then the application closes. Does not work. ### 1/5 — Lenta e complexa *2025-08-01, version 1.50.0* Em primeiro lugar, a app antiga é instalavel, mas nada diz que deixou de ser suportada (dava muito trabalho dar uma indicação de que é preciso instalar uma nova ao invés de um erro sem descrição?). Depois a app é lenta como tudo. Primeiro arranque ficou congelada, e só depois foi possível fazer login na conta. Ao menos é pequena (75MB) mas mais parece uma web app com muita pouca performance. As animações, com latência enorme, são desnecessárias. Basta dizer que carregar num botão e trocar a vista leva segundos, isto num iPhone 15 Pro é completamente inadmissível. (Atualizado: a app já não abre mais, dá crash agora sempre que tento abrir, brilhante.) ### 1/5 — Impossível criar conta *2025-02-13, version 1.50.0* Tentei criar uma conta na app mas não me deixa criar conta. Annoying and pretty typical ### 1/5 — Going backwards *2024-09-11, version 1.49.0* What was a decent app is no longer. The problems are numerous and growing but these two for starters; 1. Why am I constantly nagged to update the app, even though I click the link, get sent to the App Store only see that I have indeed got the most recent version. Every. Single. Time! 2. It had an English language option, no longer, why not? Yes I am learning PT but until then… Please? ### 1/5 — Don’t deliver anything *2024-09-04, version 1.49.0* Don’t deliver your package then come up with lies as to why they didn’t - when the driver didn’t even bother to visit the address. The app barely has any useful functions, extremely laggy, and lacks basic functions that the website has… terrible company! ### 1/5 — Ongoing issues with CTT *2024-04-15, version 1.41.3* I downloaded the app so I could hopefully get some resolution on an ongoing issue with CTT constantly refusing to deliver parcels to me and contact someone direct through the app. I speak some Portuguese but it would be so helpful if the app could convert to English to find my way around quicker. I still can’t find a way to actually contact anyone who will reply. I can track my parcel but the reasons given for non delivery are just not true but I don’t have anywhere to respond to this ### 1/5 — No English version *2024-01-26, version 1.24.1* The language of this app is shown as English on the app store, but there is no English option, so it is useless for many customers. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — Rubbish App *2023-08-07, version 1.1.2* I’ve used the previous app, was asked to download the new app and it keeps coming up with a message saying I have to download the new app and I can’t use it. I’ve seen a review from April and can’t believe that it hasn’t been resolved yet. Should have kept the old App instead. ### 2/5 — Can't change to English *2026-04-28* Kinda worthless since it's only Portuguese.
