Always a back green cannot even access the log in page. Submitted mult tickets nothing has improved. No way to access the platform unless you carry your pc.

Been giving an all black screen for almost a year. The student app seems to work but will not allow access will I try to but in my credentials I am transferred here.

The app has nice functionalities but after a few days, it just gives me a white screen and then I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Rinse and repeat. It is quite crazy the app developers haven’t fixed this problem in the last two years!

The app doesn’t load, it is slow, and will suddenly stop sending notifications of students messages, delaying responses.

I’ve had to completely turn off my phone and restart in order for it to load. The app features need to be made available online.

Very often this app will stop opening.  Have to reload it or go through the website to access messages.

Like a previous reviewer wrote, the app fails to load. If I completely shut down my phone and turn it back on, that will usually do it, but then the next time I close the app and try to reopen at the same thing happens again. It does not make it convenient for faculty on the go, so I hope they can fix it because otherwise, the capabilities look great!

I recently started my first course in the master’s program at CTU, and the mobile app has made the experience so much easier! It’s super smooth, fast, and well-organized. I can check assignments, join discussions, and view grades right from my phone without any issues.

What I love most is how connected it makes me feel. My personal advisor reached out right away and has been amazing in guiding me through every step, from registration to understanding how online classes work. It honestly feels like someone is always there to help you stay on track and motivated.
