I can’t even login. But I can login via desktop in safari with the same password. And god forbid you have to submit paperwork won’t let you do that either. Fix this it is awful. ### 5/5 — CTU mobile app *2025-12-28* I’ve been enrolled in CTU for about a year now and using the CTU Mobile app has made this experience wonderful. It’s very easy to navigate and it helps you keep up with your work and if you have to be on the go, the app makes it very convenient. and it helps you stay in touch with your instructors The app is simply amazing. It’s made my experience at CTU fun and easy to learn. ### 5/5 — Love CTU online *2025-10-27* I recently started my first course in the master’s program at CTU, and the mobile app has made the experience so much easier! It’s super smooth, fast, and well-organized. I can check assignments, join discussions, and view grades right from my phone without any issues. What I love most is how connected it makes me feel. My personal advisor reached out right away and has been amazing in guiding me through every step, from registration to understanding how online classes work. It honestly feels like someone is always there to help you stay on track and motivated. ### 3/5 — Until now *2025-10-19* I give three stars because I’ve been till now I’ve never had problems with the app. I did the past year and a half of my time and CTU on my iPad never a problem but now I’ve had to re-download it, this will be my third time and it lets me download the app goes to login and get past the login and then it just loads and tells me to refresh and if there’s a problem contact Support. Okay so if this doesn’t work I’m contacting Support. I will say that the two times that I’ve had to contact Support in the past I’ve never had a problem not resolved quickly. ### 1/5 — Bad review *2025-08-29, version 7.3.0* So much lagging and never helpful on the phone compare to opening from the laptop. I try restarting my phone and seeing if the app needs to update but nothing helps ### 1/5 — My 💔 *2024-09-19, version 7.0.1* My phone is completely black screen when I try to open the app I can’t see anything I’ve deleted it and re installed and did recycled the whole process. It’s happened at the worst time my laptop broke. I can’t use the online portal. I’ve went though tech support 3 times they all say the same thing.. delete reinstall to no avail nothing seems to work someone HELLLLAAP ### 1/5 — Face ID no longer works after update! *2024-05-26, version 7.0.0* Please fix Face ID when opening app ### 2/5 — Battery drain and overheating *2024-04-05* I had no issues with the app functioning well up until this week. If I listen to a live chat my iPhone 15 begins to overheat and drain the battery excessively. The overheating is abnormal for this type of activity or with any type of media streaming. I opened the app today just to review my grades and some posts and it started to overheat again after a short while. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling. I also like that I’m able to access all my assignments, and live chats, as well as my resources and conveniently be able to message my academic advisor or professors through the app itself. The only problem I sometimes have is the app will glitch when I’m trying to review my notifications and then it closes out. It happens almost every time I open the app and select notifications.
