The user interface is confusing, in order to add a contact to send money, I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out. And on top of that you can’t choose if they reserve the money by phone or email,

The app is kind of the bare minimum I expect for online banking and, when it works, it’s just fine.

That said, it is frequently down and glitchy. Often you can’t get past login page for no apparent reason. I often have to login multiple times to actually be able to navigate the app. Sometimes I just get a blank screen. No communications from CUA and customer service only responds once the app’s back online but no explanation. 

I generally like banking with CUA but the app is starting to challenge that.

This app is mostly reliable. It tends to fail on early mornings when I’m trying to pay my rent but no office is open to call. Very frustrating.
