It tends to fail on early mornings when I’m trying to pay my rent but no office is open to call. Very frustrating. ### 4/5 — Adequate but not great *2021-03-13, version 15.2.36* It’s functional. Serves its function well. Not glitchy. Would like to be able to access direct deposit info on it which I can’t seem to find but all in all the app works. That said, it is frequently down and glitchy. Often you can’t get past login page for no apparent reason. I often have to login multiple times to actually be able to navigate the app. Sometimes I just get a blank screen. No communications from CUA and customer service only responds once the app’s back online but no explanation. I generally like banking with CUA but the app is starting to challenge that. ### 1/5 — Decimal nightmare *2023-03-23, version 15.2.42* Somehow the version I use for my business account, does have comma instead of decimal! I can’t deposit cheques if they have decimals, I cant even pay my taxes because it has decimals.
