CuantoCobro is a quoting tool for independent professionals: designers, developers, consultants and skilled trades. It starts from a simple premise: before you can quote, you need to know what your hour is worth. YOUR RATE COMES FIRST Enter how much you want to earn each month and how many hours you work per week. The app works out your hourly rate and proposes it on every quote. You can keep several rates side by side, each in its own currency, and choose which one applies to a given client or market. DETAILED QUOTES - Services billed by the hour or at a fixed amount - Materials and additional costs with quantity and unit price - Percentage discounts - A client attached to each project - Automatic invoice numbering PDF DOCUMENTS READY TO SEND Export any quote as a PDF with a breakdown of services, materials, discounts and total. Customise the document with your logo and contact details. TEMPLATES AND A CATALOGUE BY TRADE Save the quotes you write often as templates and start from them next time. The catalogue includes sets of services grouped by trade, already priced with your own rate. REPORTS Review collected and outstanding income, projects by status, average per project and your leading clients. CONTACTS Manage your clients with name, phone, email and address. On iPhone you can import them from the system address book. ENGLISH AND SPANISH The app is available in English and Spanish. The language can be changed from Settings at any time, without restarting. Syncing left them duplicated, which made your name, currency or logo change between launches. They now merge on their own, always keeping the most complete value and the highest invoice number so an already-issued one is never reused. - Duplicate rates are cleaned up too, but only when identical: if you keep several distinct rates, one per currency, all of them are preserved. - Your projects, contacts and templates are never touched. - On iPhone, Settings › Sync status showed "Not checked" for the iCloud account and left the container blank, even while syncing was working normally. Your data was never at risk: only the diagnostics were reporting it wrong. - For the same reason, the "Force sync" and "Re-send all data" buttons always failed on iPhone.
