I have built mobile apps for Fortune five companies and if mine operated like this one, I would not have had a job within weeks. This app needs to be rethought. Go use Hy-Vee’s app and compare it to what you’ve built.

Deliveries work most of the time but not always.  

For example, I put in an order for delivery the next day at 4pm and they keep rescheduling it out to the following day.

Called the store and they have zero control over the orders and can’t help.

Put in a help request in the app and it asks for order number which I can’t find anywhere, even on the desktop website.

This isn’t even half baked, it is barely alpha quality.  Time to use a different grocery store until Cub fixes their systems.

Ever since they updated the app I can NOT EVER CHECK OUT! It keeps bringing back to log in no matter how many times and ways I log in. I’ve tried the app I’ve tried the website, it’s like they don’t want people ordering off the app! I hate this and I hate how they won’t fix it!

What happened? This app used to have pay with Apple Pay, used it all the time. Now that option is missing and will not store my credit card information with Cub. Please add it back in, until then I will shop elsewear

I used to love the application until it took away the ability to select the store from which you want your groceries delivered.  It “assigns” your store and the store near me NEVER has all the products I need.  I will be using other stores like walmart that allow you to select the store.

App doesn’t even work. I open it up and can’t shop, can’t do anything. What a waste.

Update- since the new system has been in place we’ve tried to do four pick up orders. There have been issues each. Time. 

Order delayed by a day twice. 

Order delayed by hours. 

And missing items. 

We are switching to Aldi and HyVee.

The new Cub app and system has flaws. Twice now our pick up order was moved a full day because of not having shoppers available. 

I asked the person who was (finally) shopping my order for my receipt. and she said, you’ll get a digital receipt. This means we are paying Instacart increased prices. No thank you. 

I’ve had messages pop up regarding Cub coupons or sales, when I click on them, they disappear. I can’t find them anywhere in the app.
