I’m on level 45 and that has yet to happen. Also, they need to add new outfit choices for the cub to wear and change items in her room. It’s getting boring because I have all these “bamboo points” and can’t really buy much because I’ve bought everything. There needs to be some leniency. This caused a meltdown and a negative thought process spiral. ADHD is a real disorder and making products without understanding how the disorder works is harmful. A few things I will say is some bugs. I would make a new goal and it will appear but next time I check it, there’s multiple of them on my screen… I never putted multiple, I just closed the app and open it again but still a bit annoying you have to do that. Mabye make the avatar shop free… they well I have any options for the free plan, I can’t afford the subscription I’m under 18 therefore don’t have a wallet set. So maybe make at least more items free. When I would try to add my own goal, it would not add when I would press add. So I emailed them and told them what happened, and they ask for a screen recording almost the same day, or it was the next day. Once they responded, I emailed them a screen recording. 2 to 3 days later, they responded and said, can you give me your username, your pet's name, your I O s update iPhone series, time zone, aka central and all that. And your state. After I sent them that, they said to try and add a goal again and it worked so 5 stars for immediate response and immediate help. They contacted their team members and immediately fixed the bug.
