Midi editing copying pasting is messy often adding more area to the part selected its just not as easy and intuitive to set up soft synths and clean as Korg Gadget 3, for instance I just want to draw a LINE across the midi notes so they are all the same or gradient fades and ramps but if its there I cant find it and I should be able to easily! In the future this will be used for mastering only through AUM into Waves mastering plug ins. As soon as Gadget 3 can play and edit longer samples in its sampler thats what Im doing.

I have found Cubasis to be very stable for audio playback and MIDI. I use it to play a whole 30 minute set with 3 audio tracks running along with MIDI tracks for changing presets etc on my hardware and have never seen it crash, unlike other apps that are not reliable. I would love a master tempo track so each song in my set could be set to the respective tempo. At the moment it is fixed for the whole set. I would also love to be able to import video for visuals during the set. I am absolutely confident to play a live show with this app. Please don’t change anything that would compromise its reliability. I’m very fussy about using computers live due to crashes etc, but Cubasis on the iPad fills me with confidence.

For some reason Cubasis is now in mono , I’ve checked all settings and still in only puts out mono , even though every channel is saying stereo. Help please

When I hilite a piece of audio and it opens up the editing bay the problem starts. The little triangles won’t move from the beginning and end so any changes I want to make apply to the whole piece. I can’t trim any specific parts, I can only fade in or out the whole audio clip.  I can move the little  triangles on the skinny bar above that that allows me to loom in on the audio but the other triangles won’t move anymore. All the other functionality works but I can only apply it to the whole part. So, unless I’m normalizing it’s pretty much useless. 
..and I’m using Cubasis 2 instead of 3 that I bought for $50 bucks because 3 crashes all the time, usually within the first five minutes of any project, even simple ones with like 3 or 4 audio tracks and a few midi tracks that are all syncopated so not stressing the iPad…Meanwhile version 2 used to do fine with much bigger projects. I’m running a 1st gen iPad Pro 12.9 inch, the last one with the audio jack (btw special considerations for the iPads with the jack would make a lot of people happy)
Please help with this audio problem, I’ve bought some in app purchases so it would be a shame to lose close to $100 just off you guys. If 3 crashes and I can’t edit audio in 2, it’s some alternative like BeatMaker 2or3 which work fine.  And if you sort this out maybe you can help me to export projects to Cubase. I picked Cubase because compatibility.  The iPad was my gateway to music production.

MIDIのみで作曲していたら突然落ちて起動しなくなった。iPad mini 2でiOS 10.2.1にアップしたのが原因なのかわからず、再インストールで何とか解消したものの、今までの楽曲は全て消えてしまった。元々スケッチ用としての割り切っての使用とはいえ、致命的なバグは残念。(追記)iPad mini 5で引き継いでからは強制終了することもなく安定して使えているので助かってる。先代のことがあるので、オーディオ録音はiPad Pro以上でないと怖くて使えないし、早めにPCへの転送をした方が良いと思われる。to steinberg. thank you for your answer. Software is good, so I hope the bug will disappear.

Cubase 2 não abre mais inter-app  aparece símbolo branco no logo do aplicativo e não abre a extensão inter-app e nem grava também queria correção disso

Leider gibt es keine Comping Funktion wie in Cubase oder Logic. Cycle Recordings kann man nutzen - der Workflow, aus 4 Tracks die besten Stellen zu schneiden, ist mit dann aber doch zu umständlich. 
Comping in Cubasis würde einem für Audio Overdubs, z.B. Bass, Gitarre, Bläser, Gesang, tatsächlich auch den ein oder anderen Gang an den Rechner ersparen. 

Vielleicht endlich was für Cubasis 4? Soviel Rechenpower braucht dieses Feature doch wohl nicht, oder?

I literally just bought this 10 mins ago not even realizing there is Cubasis 3. Now I can’t refund this or even pay the difference to rather buy Cubasis 3. So sad. I have to pay all over again for 3

SoundCloud authentication no more working inside Cubasis (may be for something changed on SoundCloud server side)

I’ve paid for this app I believe twice now but for I spent $50 for this Cubase 2 and being that you guys came out with cubase 3 it’s sad you don’t offer a discount to loyal customers who have already giving u $50 for this version. Now people who have never givin your company $1 arguably get a better version for free with cubase 3 LE than us paying customers get for our $50 with cubase poo I mean 2. Almost all major software offers a discounted upgrade version for there new software. I hope your company can make it into the big leagues like these companies who are smart enough to understand what loyalty to existing customers and making sure your core customers keep coming back and are always happy with your latest product is worth.

You can download it, but you can’t register it on older iPads (air 12.5.7). Registration goes to a blank screen. 

Since the registration happens when you download the “free” “good” reverb, that means you don’t get that reverb anymore. You only get one low quality reverb. 

Steinberg customer support will not answer questions about Cubasis. If my iPad were newer, there probably wouldn’t be an issue, but if my iPad were newer, I would download Cubasis 3. It may be time to stop selling this app since it can’t be registered and no longer includes an important advertised feature. Will talk to Apple about a refund

Why there couldn’t be an  upgrade for those who have purchased version 2. It seems like it’s all about money for you people. Imagine every other develop was to do like you. It just doesn’t make any sense. Not a good way to treat existing customers who bought and supported app from start. Crazy 🌛

I have purchased waves tune in cubasis 2, again its asking to purchase the same plugin in cubasis 3. its not good, why to pay twice for the same plugin. we use plugins between daws, and here, its the same daw, still have to purchase twice.

Da quando installato IO15 è un disastro totale! Con nuovo iPad 2021 …l’audio si interrompe in continuazione quando apro altre app…dovete fare un immediato intervento altrimenti i 50€ spesi per l’acquisto sono denari buttati via ma soprattutto per chi come me lo usa per LAVORO è un grosso grosso problema!!!

音符らくがき帳として愛用してます。3も持ってるけど、ボイシングフリーのコード登録パッドを使いたいのと、音も2の方が好きなので2を使うことが殆どです。うん、まあ、モバイルDAWとしては究極ではないでしょうか。こんなんあったらいくらでも曲の原型作れちゃうよね。

CPU usage is far better than Auria, UI is more beginner friendly than Auria, I only use MIDI for tracking electronic drums, everything else is good old REAL INSTRUMENT TRACKING and everything is stable even when recording at low latency. All in all this is my favorite music production software. Hands down.

Da ich von Ende 80er bis 2012 mit Cubasis auf meinem Atari ST gearbeitet habe und man ja mit der Zeit mitgehen muß,  habe ich mir ein iPad Pro und das Cubasis 2 gekauft. Später kamen dann noch einige Erweiterungen dazu. Ich bin soweit recht zufrieden mit dem Cubasis 2. Also warum sollte ich jetzt noch mal über 50.-€ für das Cubasis 3 ausgeben? So viele Änderungen sehe ich bei dem 3er nicht und 50.-€ obwohl für Besitzer dieser Vollversion, doch ein günstigeres Upgrade fair wären...... Wohlmöglich, müßte ich noch die Erweiterungen auch erneut kaufen?!
