I placed a market order and I noticed that whereas before I got warned that I could only order once at a time from different sellers, this time they allowed me to combine orders from different stores which I thought was not a big deal as long as they gave me the total delivery charges which were less than $30. However when one of the items was not received, I called them. They said that they were out of the coffee for which no notice was sent. I then asked for my money to be subtracted from total at which point, they informed me that the total did not include the item but that the amount for the coffee was really part of the delivery charge which now was around $70, the same as the total for the whole order. Arguing with them about the fact that I would have never agreed to such an exorbitant amount for delivery was useless. No refund was forthcoming. My husband also placed a recharge request which his nephew never got. Again the answer was the same no help and no refund. Because it seems that customer satisfaction is now minimized and appears that profit at the expense of good business practices is paramount, I will not deal with Cubatel again as I had always found them very helpful in prior interactions. There are many services and apps doing the same as Cubatel which have provided incredible service.
