I scan my serial number and it just keeps scanning. I put the serial number in manually and it says “ it’s a invalid serial number “ I did buy at Home Depot or any other chain store. I went to certified dealer. So it’s valid. Cub connect app does not work anymore nor is it in the app. Store anymore.

Mit dem Mäher bin ich relativ zufrieden, die App läßt mich verzweifeln. Selbst wenn ich direkt vor dem Gerät stehe, gibt es keine Bluetoothverbindung.

Weis nicht warum die Zeit da überhaupt steht wenn Mann die nicht verändern kann
Einfach die schlechteste App auf der Welt 
Der Support genau so schlecht 
Würde niemals die Marke kaufen 
Schade das ich jetzt das Teil habe

Bluetooth Verbindung bricht immer wieder ab und die Sperrzeiten können nicht geändert werden. Ach ja Hilfe bekommt man auch keine😢

Won‘t connect via bluetooth to the mover. It‘s not possible to delete or change the mover.
This is no app, it‘s just a couple of bugs fit together. Why does the original robomow app works perfect with the movers and the „modified“ cub cadet app failed so hard?!?

While not perfect (reason for 4 stars instead of 5) this app has allowed me to completely operate my mower remotely. Communication is via Bluetooth. 

My mower docks under my deck, one of the few capable of such a task. I can sync with my mower from indoors, and check its status. If you touch the mower in the lower right, you’ll access battery life, percentage complete, etc...

Retrieving information from the mower can be slow, such as when accessing the scheduling menu. Bluetooth connection takes time, but all in all, comparing this to pushing a sequence of buttons on the mower, this app is a dream to have.

Thanks for updating the app Cub Cadet Robomow. 

I love my Cub Cadet (rebranded Robomow). I do hope Cub Cadet will be able to continue in this heavily competitive market.

Cheers everyone, I haven’t mowed my lawn once, the robot has completely taken over!
