One glitch had me register money for a game, but then wouldn’t let me play that game. Later on, it took my money and stated that I “aborted” the game. The customer support is also very slow and not that effective. There also aren’t a ton of people that play this. You will put money into games that have in many cases, no one that even enters the challenge. The game doesn’t allow you to get your money back, but just keeps the money indefinitely until someone joins.
