It is simple, visually pleasing and has many great options to export your written entries,but here are some things I would like to see change. You can't set the starting hour for your entries. It's always 8 oclock even though I start at 7 every day. It would be great to have the option to have time increments of 15 minutes instead of 1 minute. Who writes that they finished at 4:07?? I guess some people do... Last but not least, when I send my hours to my boss, the pdf version only shows total worked hours of given week sent. Would be great if every day had it´s total... The accountant, and inevitably the boss, would probably adopt this app if they didn't have to calculate every hours for every day! ### 4/5 — Simple et utile ! *2014-02-08, version 4.1.1* Un bel outil très simple d'emploi et intuitif. Très pratique pour faire des comptes rendus d'activité et calculer ses cours de fonctionnement. Il manque seulement a synchronisation avec l'agenda pour en faire un outil parfait ! ### 4/5 — I wish... *2013-09-13, version 3.5* Although the scrolling to each case is nice, when the number of cases goes into the hundreds, I wish I could type in a few letters and get a select few from which to choose. Otherwise I have been using for two years, LOVE the color coded graphics and the clean lines. I also wish I could archive old cases and delete new cases that I have incorrectly input initially. I also wish I could increase the number of lines for descriptions because they cut off when I print to PDF. That being said, it helps my task based billing and forces me to keep descriptions crisp and to the point. I do not think I am using the product to its fullest extent. But the customer support is great. I think it's time to email the folks at Cube Pro again! Thank you! Super +++ ### 4/5 — Gefunden *2012-07-24, version 2.3.1* Habe schon einige Programme dieser Art probiert.....endlich eins das man gebrauchen kann ... mit ein wenig "Luft nach oben" siehe Kommentar drunter ### 3/5 — Ganz ehrlich... *2012-05-03, version 2.3.1* für fast 8 Euro erwarte ich eine voll durchdachte app. Das "must have for Professionals" kann ich nur bedingt nachvollziehen. Gerade das ist, meiner Meinung nach nicht möglich. Wie immer steckt der Teufel im Detail. Hier meine wichtigsten Kritikpunkte / Bugs: - Kritik 1: Die Hauptansicht ist nur monatlich wählbar. So muss ich, wenn ein Projekt über zwei oder mehr Monate geht, immer den Kalender ändern und kriegt nur die Übersicht für den Monat. Bei langen Projekten sehr lästig. Bei den Grafiken ist plötzlich Monat / Quartal / Jahr möglich. - Kritik 2: Es gibt kein Filter für die Ansicht Klienten und Projekte! Es ist bei mehreren Klienten und diversen Projekten nötig diese separat anzeigen zu können. Wenn ich am Ende des Monats 10 Kunden mit insgesamt 20 laufenden Projekten habe, ist die Gesamtansicht kaum zu gebrauchen. Eine Liste / Auswahl der Kunden & Projekte oben rechts bei der Suche dürfte kein Problem darstellen und ich hätte sofort die Liste und die Stundenzahl für Kunde / Projekt auf einen Blick. (ich könnte es zum Teil über die Suche filtern - umständlich und bei Suchbegriffen die über mehrere Kunden / Projekte gehen auch nutzlos) - Bug: wenn ich Zeit/Kosten/Ereignis anlege und im Nachhinein das Datum ändern möchte wird es in der Hauptliste nicht zum dazugehörigen Tag verschoben. In der Detailbox steht aber das richtige Datum. Um dieses zu ändern muss ich den Eintrag komplett löschen und neu anlegen. - Bug: beim Export in Excel Tabelle wird nur die Dezimalzeit angezeigt (und nein ich habe bei Einstellungen - Dezimalzeit zeigen - nicht aktiviert) Die angesprochenen Punkte zu realisieren ist technisch wirklich nicht aufwendig. Wenn dieses geschehen sollte, was ich bei einer 8 Euro teuren app eigentlich erwarte, gibt es auf jeden Fall 4 Sterne. Würden es dann auch noch für die Grafiken farbliche Einstellungen geben - volle 5 Sterne... denn die mache ich im Moment noch lieber in Excel. ;) ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2024-08-15, version 4.9.26* I have used this product for several years and then all of a sudden all my data is gone. I bought this, made three project entries and tried to add a tag to an expense entry when it kicks me out and states that I need to buy attachments. What??? I bought this based on a review. Stupid me. It is either buggy or it just wants me to keep paying as I go along - but you won't discover that "feature" until you invested time. I thought you only had to pay when you "attached" receipts. Apparently, not. People want to be able to do backups to iCloud, Dropbox, etc and not be nickel and dimed for base functionality. Without paying for their service, you will not be able to transfer any information if you upgrade your iPad. However, it has lost all of my data twice. I had collected weeks of start and stop times as well as mileage and expenses, only to open the app and find it blank. The first time I thought it a fluke related to the iOS 5 update. The second time it happened and I deleted the app. If you need to rely on this to manage your business and hours I recommend looking elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Poorly Designed app needs work *2011-01-03, version 1.0.12* The app has a horrible UI - you cannot view or manage by customer in a simple way, and the flow has nothing to do with how business users actually manage and track billable time. You can enter billing rates, but everything is tracked as an expense which makes no sense. The design leaves much to be desired, and has no flexibility to be customized by the user. On top of costing $10, the app requires you to pay a ridiculous $6/month for cloud sync if you want to use it with other devices or have a backup. Mas este tem que fazer parte da exceção. Simplesmente o segundo melhor e mais útil aplicativo que eu já comprei e uso. Só perde para o waze (que é de graça). Estou usando já faz uma semana. O aplicativo é bem completo e por isso demora um pouco para entender algumas funções. Mas quando esse período inicial e consegue integrar iPad com iPhone e pc, torna-se um aplicativo extremamente útil para vários planejamentos. This is the first I have come across that actually works. I had a couple of queries around editing time entries. There is a support button in the software that I used and responses came straight back every time. Rare to see a product so well supported. Highly recommend it. ### 5/5 — Excellent App, just what I was looking for *2012-03-25, version 2.3.1* This app has everything that you need while managing multiple projects, without invoicing and project schedule (for that you would probably want to use some other tool like MS project anyhow). Since I'm using quick books to manage time sheets and invoices, this is non-issue for me. Interface is intuitive and task timers could be started and stopped in few clicks. There is an option to save data to cloud as well.
