I use it with chocolate midi controller, but the app doesn’t show any back button on iOS 26. It works well on iOS 15. Plz fix it.

The CubeSuite app is very well designed, and does the job of configuring the various M-VAVE MIDI controllers quite well. Having the app at all, and having the capability to set up these controllers exactly the way a particular workflow or application requires is a fantastic feature.
But for me, the most serious problem is poor documentation. Everything I have found out about how to set things up within the app has been discovered by trial & error. And this process has to be repeated for every M-VAVE device you get.
A really great addition would be some sort of “global” mode, for example, being able to set a whole bank of pads to CC, or program change, etc.
There appear to be fairly regular updates to include new devices, so I appreciate the developers doing this.
I hope my suggestions will be considered.

Die controls unter iOS 26 scheinen nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Auf dem iPad werden die Optionen bei den “Custom Control” gar nicht angezeigt.
Wenn man in einen Untermenü navigiert gibt es kein Back-Button. Man muss die App komplett schließen um wieder zurück zu kommen. Ich hoffe das wird bald gefixt weil mir das sonst sehr gefällt.

Ich nutze das Chocolate.

Anyone else getting fed up of this message and then kicking you out for you only having to connect again once you’ve made a change? This has been happening for many months now. There was an update this morning which did help resolve one bug, but this one remains. Get rid of that one and the app is usable.

I was concerned when I read the previous reviews, but I did not experience any of the problems other users had. Maybe they have fixed prior bugs, or I what I was doing was much less complex.
I was using an iPad 7th gen to configure and import a pre-prepared file with settings to pair up the Chocolate with a Sonicake Smart Box. I downloaded the file from a YouTuber and it all ran smoothly and everything worked first time.

I like this app very much with my M-vave Chocolate+ foot controller. It is working reliably for me. It is being used with an iPad and also with iPad Pro.I use the controller for live control of midi commands mostly CC#s. I will admit the wording of the manual in English at least is odd and hard to understand but the functions are very versatile.
The bank switching is very much appreciated. A wish list item for me would be to be able to select different CC#s by bank for the expression pedal. That way the one expression pedal could control different parameters. Could be a game changer.

I had a hard time understanding how to use this app to program it to use with my M-VAVE Chocolate Midi Controller. Watched a few Youtube tutorials and it now my Chocolate midi controller controls my HX Stomp via midi giving me extra 4 stomp switches to use to control my HX Stomp live on stage! It truly does work but you must put in the work to learn.

I don’t know why people put bad reviews. This software edits the m-gave devices without a problem. You have to connect through midi first then search for device in app. It’s working great with m-cave pad.
