It’s easy to use and pretty straightforward. I don’t feel like this app is anymore time consuming or repetitive than most others out there. The interface is clean and the sections are easy to navigate. I do wish the developers spent more time taking user feedback and improving the UI but all in all, I’ve had a good experience using this system to chart. ### 1/5 — Unnecessarily annoying *2025-08-24, version 100.11.2* Charting is charting, but I shouldn’t have to reopen every task every time to complete it in a visit. The submission buttons at the bottom of each task screen is so low that you can’t complete it or actually submit it without activating Siri or closing the page. If I have a secure login, why do I have to manually type in my own name for each visit submission. Ridiculous and unnecessarily time consuming. It’s had its issue's. The company fixes things fast, and I love that !!!! What I like about it is it’s easy to use. It keeps everything together in the places they needs to be and It’s easy to go back and correct things I need to correct. and I’m glad I don’t have to write out my notes any longer….. what a pain in the butt that was. I’ve used other apps in different companies and they sucked. I mean sucked … this by far is the best charting app ever. If there was a place for me to put A+… this app would deserve it. Keep up the good work !! ### 1/5 — Disappearing act *2025-06-01, version 100.10.1* I love when my documentation disappears at the end of my shift said NO nurse ever ### 2/5 — Add dark mode for night shift workers, plus other suggestions to improve the app. *2025-05-01, version 100.10.1* I have been working on this app for about 2 months now. Here are 6 issues/suggestions from this field RN’s point of view who in a previous time (😀) did graphic design. 1. Please add dark mode for night shift workers. Even if I turn the brightness down it still lights up the whole room of a sleeping child because of the white background. I cannot find a setting for the app to change this on my iPad. I do have my iPad on dark mode but that setting does not seem to apply to your app. 2. Please fix your location feature for clocking in, the app seems to be recording my location when I am just simply logging in on the app prior to my shift and does not appear to be updating my location when I’m actually at the clients location and clocking in. Not one single time have I ever clocked in for my shift a few miles away from my client, I have only ever logged onto the app prior to my shift a few miles away without clocking in. Why is the app not actually updating my location at the time I actually do clock in? I have precise location on. This location issue seems to cause trouble for office staff. Never once had this location issue happen with the previous app we used. 3. Please add a time feature for signing out orders where you can just tap “use current time “ under the time feature you have where you have to spin to the correct time multiple, multiple times. 4. PLESE add a calendar view for field employees to view their work schedule on the app. Viewing a work schedule in this vertical line format without the day of the week even listed next to the date is not user friendly at all when you just want to quickly review your schedule. 5 . A suggestion on the actual layout of the nursing assessment. The assessment questions are lacking visual separation, they kind of all mesh together making it easy to accidentally skip over an assessment question/answer. Maybe alternating the background color slightly for each separate question could help, 6. Why are field employees so limited on what they can see about a clients previous assessments? I can only view a previous nursing narrative if I’m lucky. I cannot see previous vital signs or completed assessments. Is this something my employer can change on their end? All nurses involved in care for that client (especially field nurses who are hands on with the client) should be able to see how a clients vital signs/blood sugar/assessment have been prior to see if the client is trending on or away from their baseline. There is not always a nurse to nurse hand off report in a lot of cases. Yes there is a caregiver report but we should also be able to see how the client was for previous nurses. This is the first nursing chart system I have used that I have been so limited in what I can see. Prior app we used easily showed us previous nursing assessment information, even showed the previous saved nursing narrative right next to the narrative the current nurse present was writing. Hope all this helps to improve the app for everyone! To the developer, please let me know if there’s anything I can do on my end to resolve any of these issues!! ### 1/5 — Still can’t sign in *2025-04-26, version 100.10.1* After multiple attempts I still can not use the app. What now? ### 2/5 — could be better. much better. *2025-04-16, version 100.9.1* it’s not horrible, but i hate that when i’m checking off my tasks “cancel” and “submit” should switch places. i have an iphone & every time i hit submit for a task, my screen minimizes or closes out bc the submit button sits under the iphone screen line that closes the screen. that’s my main complaint. can the developer please switch the 2 boxes around so that submit is on the left & cancel is in the middle? i’m sure cancel is less used anyway. ## Frequently asked questions about CubHub ### What does CubHub do?
