• Approved ratings now sync to every user instantly: once an admin locks a verdict, the next scan of that barcode shows the reviewed result for everyone.
• Fixed Edit Rating so changes actually save, and the editor now seeds the real verdict, flagged ingredients, and allergens instead of a blank "safe" default.
• Pull-to-refresh on the dashboard is no longer fooled by cancelled requests, and clearer error messages replace the old "couldn't refresh" toast.
