### 2/5 — Too hard

*2020-08-25, version 3.0*

Got stuck on level 6

### 3/5 — Game is fun, but no longer free. Really?

*2019-10-28, version 2.0.7*

The game is fun to play and I used to pass time with the game and when I came back to it since I’ve been busy, a time limit on the game was integrated. I find that dumb since initially it wasn’t like that. If you’re going to do something like that it should have been integrated from the start.

**Developer response:** Hi, we want to assure you, and other users, that if you have previously played this, or any other, game now included in the Playond collection before it became a part of Playond, it is not necessary to make any additional payments to enjoy the game as previously. It is possible to retrieve your previous conditions exactly as they were before. In this case, for the game Cubor you can simply tap "Restore Purchase" on the payment screen available within the game itself. Then reopen the app to enjoy your past benefits. We hope you can use these instructions and in case you need any further assistance or clarifications, we'd be to help you. Simply reach us by dropping an email to reviews@bendingspoons.com

### 1/5 — Subscription based

*2019-07-01*

Downloaded off of instagram thinking it was a neat game. I was very disappointed to see that the game requires you to pay for a subscription that allows you to play this game and many others. While I personally didn’t care enough about the games on the subscription to pay for it, others might feel differently. 1 star for being misleading.

### 1/5 — It’s ok

*2019-06-30, version 2.0.6*

The start screen takes forever and I can’t play

### 4/5 — Great game that could easily be better

*2019-06-10*

Some days there are too many complex puzzles to solve on that day; some days the daily puzzles are too easy. If there were a way to save a set of daily puzzles, or even if a set of downloaded puzzles didn't disappear until the player chose to refresh the puzzle list, it would be a better playing experience.

**Developer response:** Hi, we are very grateful for your input! It would be very useful for us to receive more details on your experience as they will help us improve the app and keep striving to make the app amazing. We hope to receive a message to reviews@bendingspoons.com very soon!

### 3/5 — Good Game But Must Deal With Intrusion

*2019-04-18*

This Is a good game especially if you’re spatially oriented. I would give it four stars but it is constantly throwing advertising at you and then also hitting you up every day for a review. It seems if you don’t give it a review you shut the self down For the day until I hit you again next day.

### 1/5 — App support non-existent

*2019-04-17*

It was such a fun game snow you have to pay? What if I don’t want any other games.? What does .0007 mean for a free trial period. The worst change possible. No info about cost. No info about tech support except to say there is an error and that you have have a bad page and to not open it. What is monetisation3? Great job ruining a great game

### 4/5 — Almost there!

*2018-05-10*

I really like this game, but it needs an undo button. I don’t like having to redo the entire level, so an undo button would be crucial. While we’re at it, a landscape mode for iPads wouldn’t hurt.

### 3/5 — Awesome but...

*2018-02-20, version 1.12*

Awesome game love the idea of it but I think it would be better with a home screen and an editor area so for now I will leave as 3 stars

### 2/5 — Too hard

*2018-02-18, version 1.12*

Great idea but it's just too hard so after repeatedly failing some levels, I lost motivation and couldn't face further frustration so gave up and deleted the app. Shame though. If they put in some rewards and skips it would keep the player going.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — DONT SAY ITS FREE IF ITS NOT A FREE GAME

*2019-10-22, version 2.0.7*

What the title says, it’s not actually a free game, you can only play for 10 minutes a day without paying!

### 1/5 — Very misleading

*2019-09-18, version 2.0.7*

Was excited that the game was “free”. Turns out it’s a subscription to Playond, and if you don’t want to subscribe you can enable the free trial, but that’s dumb because the access is limited. Deleting. Waste of my time.

### 1/5 — Didn’t work from the start :(

*2019-09-14*

Hey. Sorry for the rating.
I just downloaded this and was so excited to play it but it doesn’t work. I opened it the very first time and the screen froze. Can you give me an advice on how to make it act? :((((

### 1/5 — Fake!

*2019-09-08, version 2.0.7*

Won't even let me try unless I subscrib for $2.49 a month. That's $30 a year!!! Is it really worth $30 a year, $60 for 2 years? No way!! Forget it! Delete now!!!

### 1/5 — Subscription needed

*2019-09-04, version 2.0.7*

Can’t even play without subscribing to their $2.50 a week game platform. This is a complete bait and switch ripoff.

### 1/5 — Bait and switch

*2019-09-03, version 2.0.7*

It says free but it’s not, you have to pay for the subscription based service. This is the first review I’ve ever left. In ten years. How annoying

### 1/5 — Bait and Switch

*2019-08-16*

As much as we enjoyed playing this little game only very occasionally, I suddenly got an email saying I was enrolled in a fee of $2.49 per week for which we did not subscribe. And there seems to be no way to unsubscribe. There is no way to unsubscribe under app purchases in settings and the link to iTunes in the email has no way to access apps or to unsubscribe. I will continue to attempt to remove this hijacker from my account but my advice is “PLAYER BEWARE”.

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you for writing to us. Please go through these instructions to unsubscribe:
1. Go to your phone Settings > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID.
3. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.
Please not that the cancellation procedure happens directly through the settings on your phone and not within the particular app. We hope this will be helpful to you and in case you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us by sending an email to reviews@bendingspoons.com.

### 1/5 — Hidden payments

*2019-08-01, version 2.0.6*

£2 something a week after a free trial when the game advertised as free and doesn’t say in app purchases... I play games when I’m free I work a lot a shifts if I forget to cancel that’s money coming out my account... I’m not interested in your other games I wanted to play this one.. uninstalled

### 1/5 — Not Free

*2019-07-30, version 2.0.6*

It’s a free download, but once you open the app you are required to buy a subscription or enable a free trial in order to play the actual game.

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2019-07-26*

I saw an ad on Facebook and thought it looked fun. I saw it was free so I installed it. The first thing I saw when opening the app was that I had to pay for a subscription?! First off, a profession video game for a computer or console isn’t even worth a subscription! I’m not paying however much a month for a stupid app I would probably delete in a few days anyways! If you’re going to force people to pay for your game, don’t advertise it as free!🖕🏻

**Developer response:** Hello! Yes, you'll require an active subscription to play Cubor. However, that subscription will not only unlock this game, but it will also give you access to the entire collection of games included in Playond! It is very important for us that users can make up their mind on the whole concept before committing to a payment so we offer a free trial period. If it doesn't live up to your expectations, you can end it anytime by following these instructions from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. We hope you'll give it a try! Send us your feedback to reviews@bendingspoons.com.

### 5/5 — Good game but it glitches

*2024-03-13*

I got to the 30th level and afterwards the screen is blank. Did I solve the entire game or is there more levels. Fix the glitch and provide more levels. I love this game best pass-time game thus far

### 5/5 — I really like this game

*2019-12-01, version 2.0.7*

### 5/5 — Stimulating

*2019-07-02*

I like that this has nothing to do with chance

### 5/5 — Great game

*2019-06-06*

I so enjoy this little puzzle game. I look forward every day to all the new daily levels. Just a super game. HOWEVER, after a while it will lock you out to try and make you subscribe. So is it free or not ? I finally deleted this from my phone. As a last resort I emailed the playond support. They were so nice and showed me how to be able to
Continue to play this wonderful little puzzle.

### 5/5 — Fun

*2019-05-06, version 2.0.0*

Fun entertaining with a twist

### 5/5 — Very good game

*2019-04-26*

Good game but the owners has to add more difficult levels

### 5/5 — Real fun

*2019-04-24*

I have been playing Cubor for over 6 months now and I look so forward to playing each morning the challenges wake me up and start my day off right - and I enjoy competing against my self cutting moves out of my solutions - enjoy...

### 5/5 — Fun and relaxing

*2019-04-17*

This is a interesting game that may look easy but starts to make have to look deeper into it to get the best scores...

### 5/5 — A great strategy game!

*2018-07-13*

Love the game and how it makes you think “what’s the easiest way to solve this?” There is one problem I have with the game, there are only thirty levels, excluding the daily levels that are given(16 a day). As someone who only plays FREE strategy/puzzle games it’s difficult to find something good. So, when I do find a game I like, I tend to play the crap out of it. Now don’t get me wrong I have a TON of patience so I could probably wait 15 more hours until the next daily batch comes my way. However, not everyone is like that, if you (the creator) do decide to update the game I suggest making the “old” daily levels permanent. So, once the time on a batch of daily levels is over don’t get rid of them, instead move them to the regular levels or make a option where people can visit the “old daily levels.” Nice job on the game!

### 5/5 — I like it but...

*2018-03-14*

I like the game but there are only 30 levels and you have to wait a whole day to play some new ones. I suggest adding more levels to the game itself instead of daily ones.
