Gives instant readings of accuracy instead of just long winded trial and error. It’s important to get the gain and threshold set right plus phone positioning relative to timepieces. My Only question is to the designer of the app, I’m using an IPhone 16, and tried to connect an external microphone , but it wouldn’t work with the app, so can you use an external microphone with this app or not ? The others won’t pick up the noise. Here I can adjust how sensitive it is to each noise manually. It tells you whether it’s levelled or not, beats consistency and it has a nice design overall.
