Something’s wrong here.”-Useless app. *2025-12-08, version 5.1.5* This app is extremely frustrating to use. Every time I try to schedule an appointment and select a date, it keeps showing the same “Something’s wrong here” error. This issue has been happening for so long, and there’s still no improvement at all. The problem just keeps repeating. What makes it worse is the double standard — when customers are late or miss a monthly payment, they chase us non-stop. But when it comes to fixing their own app, there’s zero urgency. They aspected me to make payment for until the next upcoming month which was nonsense! Furthermore, they even send to 3rd party for reminder even though a few times told them thats not my contact.
