Every time I try to schedule an appointment and select a date, it keeps showing the same “Something’s wrong here” error. This issue has been happening for so long, and there’s still no improvement at all. The problem just keeps repeating. What makes it worse is the double standard — when customers are late or miss a monthly payment, they chase us non-stop. But when it comes to fixing their own app, there’s zero urgency. I keep getting payment reminder emails non-stop — like I’ve never paid at all! I don’t mind monthly reminders, but if I can’t even make payment through the app, what’s the logic here? I can’t sign in *2020-11-08, version 4.0.7* This is the worst app I’ve ever used, because it is completely broken and does not function at all. The developers didn’t even test the SMS verification feature properly, because the “Submit” button is disabled and I can’t sign in at all.
