Firmware update comes out, app is useless. It would be great to have an option to force push the change immediately if you want instead of waiting for the next “cell sync” interval. Also, adding image enhancements in-app would be a huge plus. It’s easy to use AI to make B/W images into color now-a-days, and competitors are already doing this. ### 3/5 — Filters Won’t Reset, Very Clunky *2025-10-15, version 2.0.7* While the app overall is okay, it is frustrating that filters won’t reset. I like to filter by camera from time to time, however when I turn all the cameras back on to filter into the main feed, they won’t appear which forces me to go to the CAMP website to view pictures. I have also noticed that not all of the pictures come to the app. If I want to see literally every picture, I have to login to CAMP. On the whole, the app feels very clunky and not as intuitive as it could be. I’ve updated all firmware and the app is on the most recent version, but issues still persist. I’ve heavily considered switching to Tactacam just due to an overall poor app experience with the Cuddeback app. ### 5/5 — Works great *2025-09-24, version 2.0.6* I like how some of the very negative reviews sound clearly like competitors. Or, they’re total idiots. Update your firmware on the cameras, adjust your settings and the system works amazing. Pictures download fast with priority setting.
