I searched quite a several times but i couldn’t find my router. **Developer response:** Dear Customer M3000 is supported to manage with Cudy APP. Please check the router is the latest firmware, APP permission setting on your mobile phone. Follow the APP prompts. The mobile phone needs to be connected to the router's WiFi (temporarily disable other network connections on the mobile phone, mobile data, VPN, etc.).Cudy APP will automatically show the router device corresponding to the current WiFi. There has been no response. It worked okay for about 4-5 months and then just quit. We keep getting charged for the internet we can no longer use or access. We have tried help forums, googling, emailing, etc. to no avail and the company will not respond. Would give this zero stars if I could, DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. Way better out there. ### 1/5 — Gaming issues *2025-10-01* We need a system update for cudy p4 to optimize the latency for online gaming older routers like tp link or huawei works less 10ms in latency If your latency on huawei or tp link router is 50ms on cudy p4 will be 60ms or more . Fix the firmware or add gaming mode option to the router to lower the latency . ### 1/5 — SIM card SMS to read in app *2025-08-29, version 1.4.0* I find it hard when ever I need to read a message received on Sim which was in my P4 router. Unlike many other router apps, Cudy app don’t have option to fetch/reach sms on sim to mobile app. ### 1/5 — Cudy 1500WR *2025-04-23* I have been using a Cudy 1500WR router for about 7 months now. The company sent support for the 1500WR router in the Cudy application and access to services through the application, but they said it would be available in about 2 months. But until now, after 7 months, they do not support it and do not download updates for it. How do you neglect your customers? **Developer response:** Dear Customer Sorry for the inconvenience. Both 2.3.0 and 2.3.1 firmware of WR1500 already support Cudy APP management function. However, I’m unable to get the app to discover the router, period. It seems to WANT to, but I continue to get the “Please Make Device Discoverable To Local Networks!” code (which it most certainly is, as it’s already hooked up to the WiFi). Therefore, the app will not work in conjunction with my router. I have been able to pull up the web page, after many hours & much patience, & I can make necessary & fundamental changes from there. I have checked for firmware updates for this router, there are none(via the web browsers), & there was just a software update in iOS last night to 18.4, so everything is good on my end. If I’m wrong or there’s something I’m missing, please do not hesitate to correct me because I’d love to be able to use the app. ### 1/5 — Absolute trash *2024-09-01* Sorry to say but can’t connect to my router after 3 days of trying. It shows me the following message after putting my password: “The internet connection appears to be offline.” Then I tried from android and it worked just fine. Devs, please, do not push unfinished products on the app store! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Wake on lan update *2026-02-16* I want to turn on my computer remotely via the cudy app. I have a TR30 router. Through the web interface, I can select the time for WOL and the computer will turn on at the specified time. But I can't change these settings when I'm not at home and not connected to the router network. I want to turn it on remotely at the moment when I need it, as it was implemented in my keenetic router. There I selected the device (and by the way, the devices were always shown there, regardless of whether the device was online or not, it was very convenient to see information about the device and view, for example, the mac address) and pressed the "Wake on lan" button, thereby turning on the computer. I want you to give access to this feature in your app, or at least enable the setup of wake on lan via the mobile app. I hope you will implement it soon. And I would also like to be able to assign an IP address to a specific device in the DHCP server. Please give me the opposite answer, I really like my router and I don't want to flash it on openwrt and other firmware just to have the WOL function. I'm missing exactly this feature in your app. I tried to set up a ZeroTier VPN, but again I can't do it. Perhaps in the future there could be options like QoS? I was using Deco mesh but they started to give me problems so I switched to Cudy. But the app that deco used was very feature rich so I suppose I miss a lot of those features.
