Not impressed ### 3/5 — Buggy *2026-01-17* Very buggy. For each update certain things work and other stop working. Constantly need to delete the app and reload and this is for other platforms too. I wish this app worked on Roku but while some features do it gets quite frustrating. Select favorites and then scroll through all of the favorites to select a channel??? WHY ARE THE FAVORITES ONCE CHOSEN DIVIDED INTO CATEGORIES??? ALL CHANNELS SHOULD BE ON 1 page!!!!! Although the company says it works, it does not. It looks like Cue has given up on iOS devices and is focused only on Firestick and Google devices. The company points the user to the web player which works 50% of the time and is clunky to use. CUE support told me to Force stop, clear cache, clear data then re open the app. I have followed the procedure multiple times in one day and it makes no difference. My internet speed is fine, I can watch programs on other streaming services with no issues. CUE BROADCAST - PLEASE FIX THE RECURRING ISSUES SOON. I’m enjoying the service as it is, but looking forward to added features and performance improvements to come within the next week! ### 5/5 — The sports package is top notch! *2025-05-10, version 1.2.1* I used to have DirecTV until they sold the NFL ticket and I needed to find a cheaper TV provider because the NFL ticket is what kept me at DirecTV. That is when I came across Cue Broadcast and I haven’t missed a game in any market and it’s only $59.99 a month. I’m a very satisfied customer. ### 5/5 — Great company and Service *2025-03-20* This is a great streaming service. Nowhere else can you get what they offer for the fee they charge. The service is great, and yes, they had some problems in the beginning, after all they are a new company. But they have come a long way since the beginning. I recommend that you give them a try. They are 100% legal, they have a great customer service department that actually answers the phone and speaks English to you, Spanish is available upon request. And they don’t ask you to sign any contracts. For who they are and what they stand for you just can’t go wrong with this company. There is backing up and repeating a short segment, which is annoying but not a deal breaker. It is not that way on every recording but has happened multiple times for me and my husband, as well. I do believe that more local channels will be added as time goes on. The buffering has mostly stopped. That was a deal breaker but seems to have been fixed. It was not our internet service, as we have the same internet provider as we did when we signed on with CUE.
