I remember the day we took the college tour his senior year in HS… he has been dead set on attending a different university since he was in the 8th grade. After about 45 minutes into the tour, Jay said to his father & myself, “This is it, I’m called to go here, I’m supposed to attend UM”. That was that & here we are 3.5 years later! This is his 3rd spec (only bc Covid there wasn’t 4) Jay is a better version of “Jay” (didn’t even know that was possible bc he was already such a blessing) bc of his experience @ UM, w/ Ram Corps & all of the “stuff” in between.
