## What is Cue?

Reflex-and-speed-and-brain-and-mind audience:

Tap the dot. Sometimes the dot and arrow lie. Time yourself. Cue is a quick reflex game built on psychology's classic Posner attention task. 

An arrow cues left or right — sometimes it lies. 40 trials, two minutes per session. Test your reaction speed. Test your visual attention when the arrow cues left or right. Beat your score.

About this app: 

Cue measures your performance on the Posner spatial-cueing task — a long-standing paradigm in attention research. The Focus score and validity-effect numbers Cue reports describe your speed and accuracy on this specific task. Cue is a game and makes no claim to improve attention, focus, memory, intelligence, or any cognitive ability in everyday life.
