Honestly, having the timer right up there on the Dynamic Island while I'm scrolling is genius. It keeps me in check without being annoying or in your face. Super clean, lightweight, and actually works!

I absolutely love this app!! it’s the only one that’s actually worked for me! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times. I’d delete it whenever the lock feature blocked me and I couldn’t bypass it, yet I always caved to mindless scrolling. But once I snapped back to reality, I knew I couldn’t live without it and redownloaded it again. After going back and forth countless times, now I'm only spend about 30min on tk and gradually get used to it!!
