About

Turn steps and talking points into cards you can keep close. CueCard turns whatever you need to do next into clear, reusable cards. Use it when you’re heading out, packing for a trip, following a meeting agenda, gathering documents for an appointment, cooking, or wrapping up the workday. Open the right card and work through it at your own pace. Divide a card into groups. Use checklists for actions and plain lists for notes or talking points. Start a card with one tap, or schedule a one-time or recurring start. Add up to three images to any item and tap one for a closer look. Jot something down from Home, then come back to it in Quick Capture when you’re ready to organize. Once you start a card, follow your progress in the app, on the Lock Screen, or in Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. Check off items right from the Lock Screen. CueCard saves a snapshot when you finish, so you can look back or use the card again later. Use search, tags, archiving, colors, icons, import and export, and optional iCloud sync to keep your cards organized and move them where you need them. Save up to five cards for free. A one-time CueCard Pro purchase removes the card limit. Your cards stay yours: import, export, or back them up anytime, and use iCloud sync if you want them on your other devices.

What's New in CueCard

2.1.0

September 9, 2026

You can now add images to your cue cards. For things that are easier to show than explain, add a picture alongside your steps and notes. Everything stays together, ready for the next time you need it. I’ve also reworked the card detail screen to make cards easier to read and edit. There are plenty of smaller improvements throughout the app, too, along with fixes for bugs that showed up in everyday use. Thanks for using CueCard. If you have feedback or an idea you’d like to share, I’d love to hear from you by email.
