## What is CueSync?

CueSync listens to your meetings and puts the answer on screen while the question is still being asked.

Use your mic in the room, send a bot to Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, or let CueSync join straight from your calendar. When the meeting ends you get a recording, a searchable transcript, a summary, and a list of decisions and action items with owners.

LIVE CO-PILOT
• Real-time captions and grounded answers while you are still talking
• Set the tone, from casual to professional
• Ask a question mid-meeting and get the answer in seconds

AFTER THE MEETING
• Summary, decisions, action items, and the questions left open
• Full transcript with speaker names and search
• Ask anything, then tap a citation to jump to the exact moment it came from
• Recording playback, plus export to JSON or CSV

CLARA, YOUR AI DELEGATE
• Send Clara to the meetings you cannot make
• She discloses that she is AI, asks your questions, and reports back with answers and evidence
• Or keep her silent: a notetaker that joins, records, and never speaks

ORGANIZED
• Spaces group related meetings so you can ask across all of them at once
• Calendar auto-join for Google and Outlook
• Share a meeting with teammates as a viewer, commenter, or editor

PRIVACY
• Nothing is captured until you say so, and you confirm consent before a bot joins a call
• Recordings and transcripts stay in your account
• Delete any meeting, or your whole account, from inside the app

SUBSCRIPTION
CueSync is free to try, with 180 meeting minutes and 20 AI questions every 30 days. Pro adds 1,500 minutes, 500 AI questions, 60 Clara delegate minutes, chat across meetings, advanced exports, and a custom bot name and avatar.

CueSync Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as CueSync Pro Monthly (1 month, $29.00) and CueSync Pro Annual (1 year, $239.99). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically for the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Recording laws vary by location. Please make sure you have the consent you need before recording a conversation.
