## What is CuffLog?

Point your camera at your monitor and let CuffLog save it for you.
CuffLog makes tracking your blood pressure effortless with reminder notifications.
The app captures your systolic, diastolic and pulse numbers via the camera for you (Premium), or you can enter your reading manually for free.

• View your history, with your week and month averages at a glance
• Set your target range and see when a reading is above it
• Gentle reminders so you measure consistently
• Trends charts, a GP-ready PDF report and a full history export (Premium)

Your readings stay on your device. Manual entry never sends anything off your phone. The optional camera scan sends only the photo of your monitor to read the numbers — it is never stored, never used to track you.

CuffLog Premium (£2.99/month) unlocks the camera scan plus Trends — charts of your readings over time and a clean PDF report to share with your GP. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled; manage them in your Apple ID settings.
