### 1/5 — Horrible App be careful they will charge you

*2026-08-13*

I joined this app I thought it would be helpful. But basically not helpful at all really. I missed alert for one session I joined late but before it is finished I texted the dietitian but she marked me no show. She could have texted on my number where they normally do but nothing. They won’t even consider courtesy since it is the first time. The app itself is not useful at all to track anything the dietitian had me use my fitness pal to track me.. save your money and don’t waste your time and money. Check out nourish much better app and dietitian

### 1/5 — Terrible Service

*2026-07-15*

Awful health service - avoid

### 1/5 — Major Flaws, Not Functional

*2026-04-19*

I am unable to fill out forms in the app. Filling out forms in the app requires scrolling down but the app is so broken, it’s not possible to scroll down to fill out and submit the forms. Other sections of the app cannot be accessed until the forms are filled out, so the app is useless. I also couldn’t fill out the forms on a mobile web browser.

### 1/5 — Slow and Buggy

*2025-01-18*

Food journaling is painfully slow and often factually incorrect calorie-wise.

### 2/5 — Missing analysis

*2025-09-14*

How to chart calories and food ratios metrics over time? Only weight has that.
How to export all data? So we can look at our own metrics.
Only 2 stars because of serious app omissions in capability.

### 4/5 — Good but could use a few minor improvements

*2024-11-05*

Overall I really like this app and it is helpful to communicate with my dietician and review materials that have been sent to me. The food journal is good, but it is lacking in showing certain macros I have been asked to focus on. For example, my dietician and I have come up with a plan to increase my fiber intake to 30 grams per day. I can input foods in the journal and see their nutritional value, but it would be very helpful to add fiber to the log on the Home Screen which show a breakdown of the macros I have eaten that day. Currently have to keep track of my fiber intake manually. Hope you can make this small improvement.

### 4/5 — Decent app for health goal tracking

*2024-11-01*

The app works fairly well, but the data behind the meals is a bit lacking - lots of semi-duplicates, no images to tell the difference, only difference in the up seems to be calories. The app also doesn’t support landscape mode on iPad, making it more frustrating to use when attached to a keyboard.
