Fixes and improvements:
• Folders on SD cards and external drives now open properly. Cull looks
  inside subfolders like DCIM instead of only the top level.
• When you choose a separate destination folder, keeps and rejects are now
  copied by default so your card stays untouched. There's a toggle if you'd
  rather move them.
• Touch and hold a photo in the loupe to hide the interface and see it full
  screen.
• Undo now moves files back on disk, not just on screen.
• Camera, focal length and ISO filters fill in automatically.
• Burst review no longer skips a shot after you keep or reject one.
• Compare stays open when you keep or reject one of the photos.
• Recent folder sessions reopen correctly on iPhone and iPad.
• Added support for more RAW formats.
• Better handling of large sessions, and clearer messages when a drive is
  disconnected or a folder has no photos.
