### 1/5 — Frauds: they merged with Cult and revoked gym memberships

Fitso revoked all gym memberships - the primary reason why I’d paid for it - after they merged with Cult. They’ve given curt responses on twitter to complaints from aggrieved consumers, and offered paid memberships to cult gyms. why should I pay for a service that I’ve already paid for? I’m going to take them to consumer court over this. 
Additionally, they require clicking a picture for facial recognition purposes every time a user checks in to a facility. No way this is compatible with the latest data protection bill.

Temperature control is not working and they have not informed before getting in and I fallen sick after that and till date I’m on bed rest. High fever, cold and cough. Raised compliant to Fitso, response from them is shocking. They just said we are providing refund then why to worry. 

Are they kidding? I’m worried about health and time. Will they refund my time and health and torture. Worst service. Never trust Fitso. I have proof with me if I have prove anything. 

Fitso - it’s for you, just shut your business. Don’t play with the public health.
