However, in the last few weeks I’ve noticed that the app has become practically unusable due to glitching. Same issue as others *2026-08-24, version 1.68.0* Like others cannot get past the initial screen and the app won’t open. Hence app rating. Also the same steps as others but it won’t work. Now can’t get beyond the “ Cult Beauty “ page. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Switched off VPN, switched off WiFi but nothing works. I’ve tried deleting it and re downloading it multiple times, turning off my VPN etc but it still won’t work. Terrible app. *2025-08-25* [August 2025] the recent app upgrade (change of developer?) has been a real backwards step. The previous app was brilliant, everything worked. This new app freezes, glitches & I’m constantly closing the app & starting again. The search functionality isn’t great, whether that’s the app or the metadata, I don’t know. It seems harder to find things either through the categories or the search. Please can you revert to the previous version? As for CB, excellent range of brands, always have good deals to help save some money.
