Also does not accepts length of more then 15 kms in spin bike. It is extremely frustating. ### 1/5 — Cult After Sales Feedback *2022-07-31* Please provide feedback to cult after equipment is installed and you use the product after 1-2 months. The so called Freebies provided by cult they are only after the customer to provide positive feedback by hook or crook just to achieve their sales target incentive. I was literally hounded by the dietician to give a positive review ans gon their product before it’s installed. Unfortunately the I received a defective product followed by defective shipping and hence returning ONF 1003 . I’ve decided to purchase another product from a well known competitor . Thanks & Regards Team cultsport ### 2/5 — Map glitches and map not loading *2021-12-22* Last two maps, the ones with 14+ km lap, do not load since last update (used to load earlier though) Ap glitches in almost all maps Above glitch fixed with last update… graphics redone… but… Now in the map with volcano, the player and NPCs drop below the map. It looks like a wasteland or abyss with map bits sticking out from above. Also now if you select a distance larger than map, at the time you complete one lap the game starts to glitch. Without anyone overtaking you your position drops although there’s nobody ahead of you (even when you see it on full map). The primary functionality works fine like app basic features and bluetooth connectivity and I would like to appreciate the cultsport team for that. On the other hand the app UI is very basic and slow to respond and the biggest problem that I am facing is that I am unable to load any other map’s other than the initially loaded one’s, as whenever I download a new map the app just crashes.
