I ordered a beauty set as a gift and they kept on delaying the order and ultimately cancelling it after 1.5 months without any notice. Even after that they only allowed me to place an alternate order from their given list only and won’t give a refund, when i place a order from that list, that too got cancelled by them after 20 days. After all these, their customer service was worse as hell, as for over a time period of 2.5 months i only have been talking to a bot and keep telling it to connect a human representative but the bot kept on saying that your case in on top of the queue and a human representative will reach out to you today and no one does for over 2 month and then they placed the first order by themselves again without any notice or info and shipped it. I got the product and even now their customer service is not responding about all these not even the bot. They think that just delivering the first order will solve everything but NO. DON’T use this SCAM platform. If there was an option i could have rated them Negative stars. Worst experience ever on E commerce.

I placed an order for a Michael Kors Marilyn bag on June 26th, which came with a guaranteed delivery date of June 30th. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but their customer support went completely dark and refused to give proper updates for weeks.
On July 10th, an agent called me with a bizarre geopolitical excuse, claiming they couldn't source the bag from the US due to a "UK-Iran war issue." They told me they could only fulfill the order from Singapore if I paid an additional ₹3,948. When I objected—rightfully stating they should honor the advertised discount price—the agent coaxed me into paying the extra fee by promising a ₹5,000 gift voucher for the extreme delay, plus a 10-15% discount on my next order.
The bag finally arrived today, weeks late. When I contacted customer care to claim the promised ₹5,000 voucher, they flatly denied it, claiming the "alternative order was delivered on time" (it wasn't!) and tried to insult me with a measly 5% coupon instead.
This company uses fake delivery guarantees to lock in your money, invents supply chain crises to extort extra payments, and lies about compensations to get you to agree to price hikes. Buyer beware—their customer service is entirely unethical. Save your money and shop from a reputable platform.

This app is an absolute scam and engages in highly fraudulent practices. I ordered a Coach bag worth ₹18,000, which arrived with a scratch on the leather. When I immediately opened the app to initiate a return under their 3-day policy, the app had fraudulently backdated my delivery status to exactly 3 days prior, locking me out of the return option.
I have clear, undeniable proof—including WhatsApp messages, delivery partner updates, and emails—confirming the actual date of delivery. When I contacted customer care, they dismissed it as a "technical glitch" but refused to honor the return.
They dragged this issue out for a month and a half, putting me on hold and repeatedly promising a resolution within "48 to 72 hours." Now, they have completely stopped replying to my messages. After speaking with friends and colleagues, I realized this is a widespread pattern of deceit and that many others have been scammed by this application in the exact same way.
I have saved all documentation, delivery receipts, and customer service chat transcripts. I am officially filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and initiating legal action/a lawsuit against them. Save your money and stay far away from this fraud app.
Thats the reason the product is slightly cheap here.

I don’t have an option to give 0 start otherwise I’ll be doing that. I placed my order after seeing that they came on sharktank without reading about them on reddit or gathering reviews, this was my mistake my biggest online shopping mistake . I placed an order for shoes on 14 feb 2026 they showed expected delivery date of 24 feb , soon the delivery date passed more days passed and today its 29 march and I haven’t got any update from them whenever I try to contact them they give me an tracking link in which information is not updated since 17 of feb tried reaching the owner Devansh , he replied on instagram but gave the exact same reason everytime due to high customer orders we are experiencing some delays still no update from them . And Its been a month since I reached Devansh he told me they will fix this asap for me and still it isn’t fixed . Its more than 1.5 months since I placed my order . Now I feel my money has gone neither I’ll get my shoes nor I’ll get my money back. Guys don’t come under the influence of attractive places Its a big scam . They are just looting people like you and me never in your life think of buying anything from them never .

However, by February 24th, I had received no update, response, or communication from the company. Later that same evening, I received an email claiming that the item had been delivered. Despite this, I never received my prepaid order, nor did I get any call from the delivery person. I have been attempting to get support through their AI chat support for the past two weeks, but it has been unhelpful and pointless. Frustrated with the lack of assistance, I also tried to contact the company's founder directly by sending him a private message. After several messages, he replied with a generic, copy-paste response that I believe is sent to all customers, which raises suspicion of potential scams. This experience has been disappointing and concerning due to the lack of accountability and genuine support. (100% SCAM, ITS ALL OVER THE INTERNET)
