The Adidas EVO SL shoes I received show multiple, undeniable red flags that point to either counterfeit, mismatched, or extremely poor-quality stock being sold: The article/model number printed inside the shoe belongs to a completely different Adidas model. The box label and the shoe label do not match at all. The color near the tongue is different from what was shown while purchasing. There are loose threads coming out of the sole, which is unacceptable for a brand-new product. These are not small defects or “manufacturing variations”. Anyone familiar with branded footwear knows these are serious authenticity and quality issues. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of ownership and clarity from customer support. When customers pay for a premium brand, they expect at least one thing: a genuine product that matches the listing. That basic expectation has been completely violated here. If this platform cannot ensure authenticity and basic quality checks, then customers are being misled. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before ordering branded products from here. I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Until then, this experience reflects extremely poorly on the platform’s credibility. ### 1/5 — Shameless thieves *2026-01-17* They deliberately crossed the 3 day return window by ignoring my communications. Thanks to Instagram commenting that they took my seriously and took the return. Now it has been over a week and they have shut down all phone numbers, no response on emails. So now they have taken the product back and not refunding my money. Thieves. Shame on you. Get ready for legal actions. ### 1/5 — Do Not Try *2025-12-02* They are totally useless and are the worst marketplace I have seen so far. I placed my order before 9 days and at the time of order placement I was shown a delivery time of 7-8 days. I tried reaching out to customer support but as seen in many reviews there’s no one who would respond. I got a mail yesterday that my order is delayed. They had an email mentioned in the body to reach out in case of any queries and guess what!? That email too does not exist. They have stupid WhatsApp bot who does nothing and their contact details on the website never responds back. I need the new pair for my month long travel plan and now neither am able to cancel the order nor I am getting any details about the order as well. My travel dates are just 4 days far and am not sure what to do now after spending so much on a sneaker with zero communication. You guys market yourself as legit products platform but I highly doubt even if your platform is even legit or not forget the products. ### 1/5 — Highly Disappointing *2025-11-28* I placed an order for OG Samba shoes from their app for which I made the partial payment as well. Despite of multiple follow up on their so called “support” system there was no update for more than 25 days, used to call them right after my office and during the work hours as well, trying to approach their team for just an update. Highly unprofessional and arrogant team that I had to escalate the issue to through insta chat after which an action was taken and my refund was initiated on the 28th day. This was my FIRST AND LAST experience wherein I placed an order from their site, swear to god won’t be making this mistake again, please understand from the customer-perspective how saddening it is to trust a brand, invest your hard earned money and then get totally neglected without even thinking once about someone’s state. The delivery got slightly delayed and I was unable to receive it as I was travelling. I tried contacting the delivery company to let them know when I will be back and to deliver the package then, but they had very poor customer service and there was a lot of confusion. Now my package is being returned to culture circle even though I still want it delivered. So I spoke to the delivery company and they asked me to contact Culture Circle and ask them to send the package again for delivery once you get the return. I inquired multiple times with Culture Circle and told them re ship but everytime I would get the same response “We will update you soon”. It’s been 2 months since I placed the order, I even tried asking for a refund but they don’t communicate at all. Culture Circle’s customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. I have asked them atleast 10 times to reship or refund but still no action taken related to the order. I have shared the order number and AWB number 7 different times as well they can’t even keep track of that. Horrible horrible customer service. Never order from Culture Circle ever ### 1/5 — Horrendous experience *2025-09-10* Culture Circle is an absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered shoes from them and it has been delayed for well over a week, with zero updates, zero accountability, and zero respect for the customer. Their so-called customer service is a joke—completely unresponsive, full of empty excuses, and clearly not interested in solving problems. This is not just poor service, this is outright fraud-like behavior. When someone pays their hard-earned money, they expect timely delivery and at least basic professionalism, but Culture Circle gives you nothing but frustration and wasted time. It honestly feels like they have no intention of treating customers fairly. Their business model seems built on lies, negligence, and a total lack of ethics. Shameful, pathetic, and downright unacceptable. I strongly urge everyone reading this to avoid Culture Circle at all costs. Don’t waste your money, don’t waste your patience, and don’t fall into the same trap I did. They don’t deserve a single customer. Donot every buy from culture circle. *2025-09-07* It’s been more than 20 days since I ordered a pair of shoes from Culture Circle. After keeping my money blocked for all this time, I was suddenly informed that they cannot deliver my size (8) because the pair got “damaged.” The only option they gave me was to either take a 7.5 size, which is not acceptable, or pay extra (almost 3-5k more) to get the pair from the USA. Why would I pay even a single extra penny after already buying the shoe at the listed price? This kind of service is unacceptable. If I had known this would happen, I would have purchased from another website. It feels like a complete failure of their business model – when you sell something at a certain price, it’s your responsibility to fulfill the order, regardless of market fluctuations. If the price had dropped, would they have refunded me the difference? Of course not. Then why should the customer suffer when the price goes up? On top of this, they claim the shoes got damaged during transportation. Honestly, shoes are not such delicate items that they get destroyed in shipping. If their suppliers are sending damaged pairs, that’s an even bigger issue. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and after waiting for 20 days, I’m left without the product and with nothing but frustration. Very poor experience – not at all fair to customers. Definitely not recommending Culture Circle. ### 1/5 — THEY ALL ARE SACMMERS *2025-08-01* I ordered a pair of Jordan 1s a long time ago, and it’s been quite a while without any update—no idea where my order is or what’s happening with it. After many days, I finally get a call from someone saying that the box of the shoes I ordered is damaged, and because of that, they’ll be sending me another pair. But for that, I’ll have to make an additional payment, even though I already paid the full amount for the shoes earlier. Then, after 15–20 days, they call me and say again that I need to pay more. I told them, “No problem, just send me the one with the damaged box,” and then they say the shoes themselves are also damaged. I told them in that case, refund my money—I’m not paying anything extra. Even after that conversation, I tried contacting them several times, but there’s no way to reach them—no customer care, nothing. Once you pay them, there’s no way to get in touch with them at all. ### 1/5 — No response from support team *2025-06-10* No response from helpline number and support team. Buggy app not able to login so I ordered it from the direct website on google after payment no order details is available only mail was sent of order confirmation including shipping details and order id and nothing else no order history or order details. As it is mentioned if anyone wants to cancel the order they must cancel it within 3 hours but how to cancel if the app is not working and when trying to cancel the order direct on the website it again redirects to the app which is showing error again and again I tried it to login with other devices too but same error. And the most frustrating and disappointing experience is that they never pick call on the given helpline number and the only help they provide is to chat with the bot. So disappointed was not expecting such experience 😔 **Developer response:** Hey, we have been trying to reach you, but we haven’t received any order details under your name. Please provide us with the order ID or contact info so we can resolve your issue or concern promptly. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2025-06-08* I downloaded this app cause I thought it has been on shark tank but to my surprise the service is the worst I have ever come across. Have never given a review but this deserves minus. I ordered my shoes and made the payment and right after that in the order it was showing some other pair of sneakers. So I contacted the customer care that time itself and they did not respond to any of my messages. I kept texting for days that I ordered this but in the orders it is showing some other pair and I sent them proof also. But got my order after a month and that too wrong sneakers. I kept asking the customer care people that I have been given wrong shoes and you can see it my order what I ordered but they denied saying you have to make an unboxing video before opening the parcel. I mean who does that? And I sent them the shoes the whole box thing and the shoes were new but they denied saying that without the unboxing we will not take your query. The worst people ever and deleting the app and never recommending it to anyone. Bloody thieves. Kept reaching out to the customer care so many times but they always ignored. So the best is never to order or even have this app. This whole things is a scam. If you are lucky you might get what you ordered. Otherwise no. My advise is never order from here. On July 10th, an agent called me with a bizarre geopolitical excuse, claiming they couldn't source the bag from the US due to a "UK-Iran war issue." They told me they could only fulfill the order from Singapore if I paid an additional ₹3,948. When I objected—rightfully stating they should honor the advertised discount price—the agent coaxed me into paying the extra fee by promising a ₹5,000 gift voucher for the extreme delay, plus a 10-15% discount on my next order. The bag finally arrived today, weeks late. When I contacted customer care to claim the promised ₹5,000 voucher, they flatly denied it, claiming the "alternative order was delivered on time" (it wasn't!) and tried to insult me with a measly 5% coupon instead. When I immediately opened the app to initiate a return under their 3-day policy, the app had fraudulently backdated my delivery status to exactly 3 days prior, locking me out of the return option. I have clear, undeniable proof—including WhatsApp messages, delivery partner updates, and emails—confirming the actual date of delivery. When I contacted customer care, they dismissed it as a "technical glitch" but refused to honor the return. They dragged this issue out for a month and a half, putting me on hold and repeatedly promising a resolution within "48 to 72 hours." Now, they have completely stopped replying to my messages. After speaking with friends and colleagues, I realized this is a widespread pattern of deceit and that many others have been scammed by this application in the exact same way. I have saved all documentation, delivery receipts, and customer service chat transcripts. I am officially filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and initiating legal action/a lawsuit against them.
