Makes it really hard to share recognition for partners, or recieve it in a timely fashion. Do better. ### 2/5 — Store opening in safari *2025-09-05, version 1.31.0* The catalog opens in safari instead of being part of the application. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2023-08-01* Have to use this app for Starbucks and the option to recognize partners is not limited to my home store and the store of people is on their profile. this results in coworkers with more common names being impossible to distinguish from other people with the same name from different stores. also no way to add additional information or profile pictures to help. stupid app. ### 1/5 — Spinning wheel of death *2023-07-19* App never loads. ### 1/5 — Just make this a warehouse outage please *2023-03-14* The app is still somewhat glitchy, I don’t like how everything in this world has to be digitalized, and it won’t allow me to send green apron cards even though that’s what I’m supposed to use it for. Also, not to mention that this made the process more difficult to vote, and officially award partner of the quarter. ### 3/5 — Notifications *2023-02-05, version 1.10.4* Notifications do show in a timely manner. When they show it doesn’t clear them and stay highlighted for a long while after being read. Doesn’t let you select an award level, or a simple recognition like before ### 2/5 — Can be frustrating *2023-01-23* This app is being mandated at Starbucks, we’re required to send ecards and vote for partner of the quarter through culture cloud. From my experience so far, the app works when it feels like it, sometimes it’ll operate as intended, sometimes when you go to send a message or post it will throw and error at you and you just have to try again later. Every time you open the app you have to enter your email and log in again. Wish ther was some improvements. Like, uploading profile photo and a buttom to edit or delete a recognition card sent by mistake or misspelled. That works. ### 1/5 — Does not make using the service easier. *2025-12-21* Apps should be a streamlined experience. Having to log in every time I try to use the app is cumbersome and is no easier than using the web interface. So I default to the web because it is so much simpler. Horrible app unfortunately, the old Great Works App worked great. This app is annoying and frustrating to deal with and I’m about ready to delete it. ### 1/5 — Terrible login *2024-09-24* Poorly designed app. May be my company but it seems every time you open this app you have to go through the entire login process. Ridiculous and not user friendly at all, yet that is exactly what my company probably desires. Whoever designed this app has never used it like an actual user. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-09-01* You can tell the developer never uses the app because you have to relogin every time you use the app ro switch from iPad to iPhone. Ridiculous. People that develop apps should be required to actually use the app before it is approved. ### 1/5 — Terrible integration with any company *2024-04-01* Virtually zero integration with any companies employee list. Our company uses employee numbers, yet this app doesn’t do that. Well, it randomly does but the chances of it working is virtually zero. Than you are forced to search by name which is brilliant, if everyone had a different name. You just get an email address that shows up, yet you don’t know which one is the duplicate person, and you have no way to know.
