## What is Culture Cloud for Intune?

Mobile recognition with higher security standards

Available to members of participating employers, Culture Cloud® for Intune* is designed for companies with mobile application management (MAM) policies, allowing access to recognition and rewards on the go without compromising corporate data. Culture Cloud for Intune supports both corporate and BYOD devices.

With Culture Cloud for Intune, IT administrators can apply policies to protect organizational data, including removing company information from the app if a device is lost or an employee leaves the organization. O.C. Tanner can work with your IT team to ensure the app is configured correctly for your organization’s Intune policies.

The Culture Cloud for Intune app makes it easy to participate in your employee recognition program* from anywhere. You can:


· Send an eCard

· Give points to your coworkers

· Redeem points and shop for awards

· Submit and approve nominations

· Complete award presentations

· View, comment, and “like” recognition on the Social Wall

· Program administrators can access data dashboards

· Celebrate career anniversaries by writing a personal note, inviting a colleague to write in a Yearbook™, viewing your own Yearbook, and ordering your anniversary gift


Culture Cloud offers unique features that make your recognition program easier to use and spread appreciation throughout your organization:


· AI-powered Recognition Coach offers smart coaching and suggestions based on decades of research on recognition best practices.


· Don’t have enough points? Use Buy Up to purchase the points you need and get the award you want, right now.


· Amplify appreciation using the Boost feature to add points to your colleagues’ recognition moments.


· With Post-a-Win, you can send recognition to teammates (or even yourself!), no manager required, helping create a culture of inspiration.


· Make it easy for customers to recognize great service in real time through your personalized Say Thanks™ QR code. Access your QR code from the Profile page, and when a customer scans your code, they can send recognition to you.


· Celebrate your achievements with Recognition Moments, a wrap-up of the recognition you received and gave throughout the year.
