Showed on an ad that I could purchase some shoes once I downloaded the app but then once I had downloaded it, it said they aren’t available.

This is not the app only. It’s about there customer care as well, I called them because my order was cancelled and it’s worth a 1000 dollars they hold my payment, Haven’t recieve any emails about what happen, I just randomly checked my order in my account in Culture Kings and it was cancelled, I called them right away and one of the representatives told me that my account was fraud and they told that I used someone’s card, So I checked it and trying to explain about what happened and keep on telling them they should have send me an email if there’s a problem in my account as my account is fully verified and I have lots of past orders. And they just keep telling me that I stole someone’s card and used them without any reason. You should improve your customer service and never judge someone about scamming or making a fake orders, Instead of pointing us, You should send me an email  about what happened, so I can investigate it and report it. BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS VERY CAREFULLY AS THIS CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES WILL DO NOTHING AND  ONLY POINT OUT THAT YOU DID SOMETHING THAT YOU DIDN’T DO INSTEAD OF LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT MAJOR ISSUES IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT STRAIGHT AWAY INSTEAD SENDING YOU AN EMAIL.

Seriously don’t expect to be delivered on time. Even if you pay more to jump the que, they wont care. Customer service response is awful. If you want to hear back from them sending mail to them, better write a letter and post it on AU post. Maybe you might get quick response that way. Dont have any words for their live chat. You will waiting your whole life if you think you will be able to chat live.
