This app sucks *2026-09-04, version 2.1.4* I love culver’s but this app sucks. constantly crashes and gets stuck. ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2026-09-01, version 2.1.4* This app does not allow you to request delivery, so there is no way to earn Culver’s rewards if you want food and can’t go to the restaurant. Many other popular chains partner with delivery apps so you can use the restaurant’s app to request delivery and earn rewards points. Ordering should be the easiest thing in the world with as few clicks as humanly possible. After downloading the Culver’s app, I attempted to sign in, but the app only presents an option to create a new account. When I enter my existing account information, it tells me the account already exists, yet never provides a way to actually sign in. This is a basic user flow that should have been caught long before the app was released. Shipping an app where existing customers can’t log in is an obvious quality assurance failure and reflects poorly on both the development team and the leadership responsible for approving the release. I find go more often to places I can get rewards easier without the hassle. Then I tried the website, this time I wasn’t given any errors when adding things to the bag. That didn’t matter though, as the bag was empty when I tried to checkout. I tried many different things to make either work. My app is up to date. It just doesn’t work and neither does their website sadly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-08-30, version 2.1.3* This app is pathetic. It allows customizations, will charge you for everything, but the people in the store don’t bother to follow them. I contacted via the app on the issues with orders and of course, no one followed up. Further, you pick everything out and there is no option to add that to your bag. You have to start an order which then deletes everything and you have to start over. And if you change the store, you have to start over since it is constantly trying to send you to the closest store and then defaults back to the closest store even if you pick a store that is further but where you want to go. Culvers, if you want to just do whatever whatever you want, just tell your customers that AI will be telling them what they want and they can just deal with it. ### 1/5 — Sign up & Get 25% *2026-08-26, version 2.1.3* When you sign up, you get a “25% discount” in the app and/or website. You do get the 25% code but it doesn’t discount 25% it discounts 15%… Also, you can’t login at all. ### 1/5 — Customizations *2026-08-25, version 2.1.3* When you customize an item it doesn’t save. In the end your system finally emptied my bag and we had to start over. Then we tried with my wife’s phone and app and it seemed to work a bit better. I am uninstalling it to see if that might make a difference after reinstall. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-08-21, version 2.1.3* Does not allow you to order any sooner than 30 minutes ahead of time. For example, it is 10:25 AM. My local Culver’s opened at 10:00. It is a completely empty parking lot, but the app says “schedule pickup time” and the earliest time is 11:00 AM. So if I want to order on the app, I need to order a MINIMUM of 30 minutes ahead of time.
