It is so clunky and so freaking ugly, in every which way. It has quit out on me during transfers, confusing layout, and even displayed wrong information. Latter bit is truly concerning considering it’s a banking app. Unbelievable… like the “new” and “modern” CCFCU website, which looks like it was made by IBM back in the 1980s to serve peoplekind 10,000 years ago, when we were still discovering fire. Yes, dramatic but that’s the degree of incompetence here. There’s a lot of people leaving jobs right now — I implore the UI/UX people at CCFCU to quit and go work at McDonald’s or something. ### 1/5 — new app horrible *2021-08-31* the new version of this app is horrible, can’t jump from one account to another like the old version ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-10-27* I literally about to drop the bank period because the app is my only convenience and I need it to be able to see the transactions etc, so if the app continues to be none accessible I will be leaving this bank completely. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t load anything after the iOS 13 update *2019-10-03* CCFCU should hire a different company to make a better app ### 1/5 — Very 2012, as apps go *2018-04-02* Yeah, I’d put this app as looking and functioning at a level 6 years old: lots of conflicting styles and colors, dated functionality, small-timey in every way. The developer has apparently serviced a dozen or more financial institutions, yet the execution of this app (and the web site!) seem to suggest it all started with a conversation that said “You need an app done? My brother in law knows a mechanic who does it in his spare time!” Razzing aside...bad need of an update. In a day of Face ID or print recognition, there’s no reason for a sleepy, stagnant online customer service experience...unless you don’t care, of course. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2013-11-08* It has a lot of glitches and wont work half the time. ### 1/5 — Can't believe it *2013-11-08* I went on the credit unions' website and saw that they were now offering an app along with the web portal. This is surprising considering that last time I checked shared branching was not available which made banking for me a nightmare while I was away at school. Seeing the app I downloaded it and no surprise here crashes on startup. Gets to the splash screen and promptly ends. C'mon guys, don't dangle a prize like this in front of members and take it away. ### 2/5 — You need to put more information *2019-06-12* Your app really doesn’t offer a lot of information whatsoever it gives you the bare minimum of instructions on how to do things, it’s glitchy as all hell, and like i said in the beginning the app doesn’t give enough information about certain things! ### 2/5 — Clunky and unfriendly *2018-12-04* Wow. The mobile check deposit feature is TERRIBLE! I’ve used other apps for other banks and they were seamless and easy. Sign check. Take a photo of the front. Take a photo of the back. Select account. DONE! Not this app. Sign, spin around 3 times, make sure you find your account number because the mobile app you logged into has no idea, click your red slippers together and voila! Modernize. ### 3/5 — App functions as it should *2016-11-11* Could use much improvement.
