But the review makes you out at least 1 *2021-10-13, version 4.58.78* This is the worst app on my phone. SO DIFFICULT TO USE. TERRIBLE EVEN THE PEOPLE AT THE BANK CAN NOT HELP ME WITH IT. I AM JUST GOING TO DELETE IT BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION ### 1/5 — Can’t access app *2020-07-29, version 4.47.38* I have not been able to Access the app for four days. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but I’m still having issues. It keeps crashing when I click on it. Wife and I both have accounts, tried each, neither would allow us to login. Logged on laptop no problem. Removed from phone, why waste space with something that doesn’t work, and that last update 7 months prior gives one a pretty good idea how much they care about software. ### 1/5 — Warning account not active 2020 *2020-02-28, version 4.39.2* Looks like this app has been down since 2018 makes me question the quality of the business when they can’t keep an app going. To be fair the Android app works for family of mine so it could be apple being impossible. All I need of it is to check my balance. Very frustrating to not be able to transfer money. When I type in $20 for example, it becomes €0.02. I can't always call to find out my account balance, and it's a huge hassle to know how much money I have when the app doesn't work. ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works for me *2021-03-04, version 4.47.185* Yeah, it could do a lot more, but it shows me current balances, allows transfers, bill paying, the things I need most, so yeah it works well. ### 3/5 — Touch ID needs to be fixed ASAP *2018-07-24, version 4.17.25* I called CVNB and made them aware that since the last update in April the touch to login function is not working. They asked if I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I had done that.... still not working. I called them back and told them it’s still not working and was told that no one else had reported an issue with it. Can others please call them and report an issue with it in hopes that they will fix it? It is so much more convenient to use your fingerprint than to type in a 12 to 15 digit password. ### 3/5 — Touch ID preference doesn’t work *2018-06-29, version 4.6.30* I keep setting the Touch ID preference and as soon as I log out the option is gone. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app and setting up Touch ID numerous times. ### 2/5 — Serves its purpose, but is bad everywhere else *2021-02-02, version 4.47.185* Not giving one star because it technically serves its purpose. But it looks like a first grader designed it and is super clunky. You all need to learn about SwiftUI or even just start using built in features that Apple has made so easy to adopt. It’s slow and I think I could create a better looking and functioning app in 1 week.
