Great service, really enjoyed the expert, super friendly, easy to chat with, and relatable as a mom. The only small feedback is to ensure that all safety information/expertise is super salient and up to date, especially for products that have 0 tolerance, safety first requirement (like car seats). Our expert was super helpful at getting that information upon request (no issues there). The company / design team can support this more effectively by being proactive with training, information shown for any products with consumer safety requirements and insight. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and on my first purchase Andrew walked me through every step of the way not trying to hurry me through the process. I wouldn’t consider Andrew a sales man, he treats you more like a member of his family. When you’re all done with the shopping it’s click click click and a short time later your product is on your doorstep. You will get unbiased opinions on sporting gear from experts in your field. They have no incentive to cell specific brands or items. Their only incentive is to hook you up with great options for your preference and style so that you can enjoy the sport more, and get unbiased opinions. You will get the most competitive price matching and a wide variety of brands in a way that is tailored specifically to your liking. There is little more that you can ask from any shop or website across the board. My contact was with Ryan Olsen, and it was spot on. He asked great questions, and was very personable. He helped me find a great set of snowboarding gear with different price points and a style that suited exactly what I was looking for. If I ever need gear again, I am coming back to Curated, and I’m hitting up my guy Ryan every time! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t order if you need something in timely manner *2022-10-19, version 3.6.1* Ordered a sleeping bag for my birthday backpacking trip a week and two days in advance, paid for expedited shipping that gave an estimated date of arrival that would work for me. After two days the tracking had not been updated so I created a support request, I asked that if the item would not make it on time if they could let me know so I could get a refund and buy the product elsewhere, to which I was assured it was being overnighted that day and I would see it early this week. Come this morning, the tracking is finally updated and it’s not coming until next week, far past when I need it. I was lied to from the beginning of placing this order with the tracking and shipping dates. My friend is an expert and he has been amazing with helping me but now I’m out an extra $400 as I have to buy the product elsewhere.
