## What is Curb Appeal?

See the potential in every property.

Curb Appeal turns a photograph of a real room or frontage into a realistic AI visualisation of how it could look renovated - then puts the two side by side so you can drag between them.

Whether you're selling and want buyers to see the potential, buying and want to see past someone else's decor, or just playing with ideas for a place you already love, it takes about a minute.


HOW IT WORKS

1. Add a real property photo, from your library or straight from the camera.
2. Describe what you want to change — and what must stay exactly as it is.
3. Compare the result with the original using the before/after slider, then refine it.


WHAT YOU CAN VISUALISE

• Kerb appeal — frontages, doors, render, windows and driveways
• Kitchens — cabinets, worktops, splashbacks and islands
• Bathrooms — suites, tiling and fittings
• Living rooms and bedrooms — colour, flooring and furniture
• Staging — fill an empty room so buyers can picture living in it
• Gardens — planting, paving and landscaping

Choose a style to steer the result — Modern, Contemporary, Traditional,
Scandinavian, Minimalist, Industrial and more — or let the AI suggest one.


BEFORE AND AFTER, SIDE BY SIDE

Every result keeps the original photograph alongside it. Drag the divider to
compare, refine the concept if it isn't quite right, and save or share the
comparison when it is. Exported images can carry an "AI visualisation" label.


HONEST ABOUT WHAT THIS IS

Curb Appeal produces visual concepts, not construction plans. It aims to keep
the existing layout and proportions of your photograph, but AI results are
illustrative and may not be technically or structurally accurate. Nothing here
tells you whether a change is structurally possible, whether it would be
permitted, or what it would cost. Always consult a qualified professional
before committing to any work.

Your photographs are only sent for processing when you press generate, and
never before. You're asked to confirm you understand this before you start, and
everything stored on your device can be deleted from Settings at any time.


YOUR FIRST TRANSFORMATION IS FREE

No account, no sign-up, no email address. Try it once, for free, and only
subscribe if you want to keep going. The free transformation is only used once
a visualisation has actually been created — if a request fails, you keep it.


CURB APPEAL SUBSCRIPTION

Subscribe weekly or annually for:

• Up to 60 AI visualisations a day
• Multiple property projects, with up to 5 photos each
• Refine and regenerate any result
• Compare styles side by side
• Save and share before-and-after images

Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Payment is charged
to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or
cancelled at any time in your Apple Account settings.
